Lieu calme et relaxant, rien de tel pour se détendre après une belle journée de visites des fameuses et incontournables rizières, temples et du monkeys Forest. Il faut impérativement se déplacer en Grab ou louer un scooter., mais pour le soir il y a quelques restaurants et petites supérettes à proximité de l’hôtel.

We checked into Ketuts Place villas Ubud in the Royal Villa on 14 September 2024 and were booked until 20 September 2024 Unfortunately I had to check out on 16/08/2024 for the following reasons 1. The access road to the property was closed for 4 wheelers due to a landslide, the message received was on the same day we arrived , how were we to know the road is closed. Google maps does not show an alternative route, instead it shows a fictitious walking path which is non existent. This made it extremely difficult to obtain cabs / taxis to and from the property. The taxi drivers demand more money each time because of the long detour. 2. The room ‘Bisma’ was filthy. Stains on the walls, ants all over including the bed , living rooms and the bathrooms, the bathtub , toilet and toilet seat in pathetic state. The room was nothing as represented on the webpage and other booking portals Finally we couldn’t take it, and decided to move out of the property and checked out on 16/09/2024. Have enclosed and some pictures for all future customers. Unfortunately I cannot upload a video of the room. USD $ 170 a night for this place is absolutely not worth it. Kindly consider a hundred times prior to booking this pathetic property

Posto fantastico. Avevamo la suite con vista piscina e giungla incredibile. Pulito e accogliente. La colazione con i pancakes portata in camera ogni mattina (insieme a frutta orange juice e cornetti) è degna dei migliori risvegli. Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto a soddisfare le tue esigenze. Massaggi nella spa fantastici. Insomma tutto incredibile considerando anche il prezzo non troppo alto dei servizi. Unico neo forse la Posizione un po’ decentrata ma la piscina il silenzio il relax e la colazione in camera più buona del mondo fanno dimenticare tutto. Grazie ketut

MAGNIFIQUE ENDROIT !! Vous voulez du typique avec tout le confort ? C'est l'hébergement parfait, un personnel souriant, un ravissement pour les yeux, la beauté balinaise avec le luxe en plus, des terrasses sculptées, un jardin superbe, le calme absolu, la nature à côté, des chambres d'un confort et d'une beauté jamais vue pour notre deuxième séjour à Bali, un restaurant succulent, petit-dej extrêmement copieux au resto ou sur la terrasse de la chambre. Hébergement à moins de 2 km du centre d'Ubud. Attention, aucune navette depuis 3 ans et les taxis proposés sont très chers ! Téléchargez l'appli GRAB pour appeler un taxi vous même et payer beaucoup moins cher. Pour le retour, veillez à être dans un warung avec wifi pour rappeler un taxi Grab et positionnez vous au lieu de rendez-vous indiqué sur l'appli quand vous l'aurez réservé. Des rizières sur la route à côté de l'hôtel, un warung "TableSpoon" excellent à 5 mn à pied à droite en sortant de l'hôtel. Un hôtel restaurant en face de l'hôtel dont le restaurant semi-ouvert donne sur d'autres rizières et un paysage sublime, sans compter l'excellence du repas et la gentillesse du personnel mais ce dernier est plus cher que TableSpoon ce qui n'est pas important quand on voit les prix pratiqués :) Un bémol pour notre hébergement au Ketut's place villas : gros manque de personnel au point de ne trouver le soir qu'une personne pour la réception, le restaurant, la piscine, le bar, et tout le service chambres ou général... Mais bon, ca reste un hébergement de grande grande grande qualité.

An absolute beautiful hotel in Ubud. The bedroom was large with plenty of space, 4 poster bed complete with mosquito net, tv, safe, fridge and a large patio area. Bottled water is provided daily in the room too. All rooms are surrounded by the beautiful rainforest, the grounds are kept to a high standard and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Their pool is an infinity pool which again is surrounded by beautiful gardens with a bar and enough sunbeds for the rooms. Cannot rate this hotel & staff enough & would definitely return!

We stayed for a week in January 23 in one of the wonderful villas. What a blast! The villa is huge and we loved to sit outside on our terrasse, listening to the sounds in the beautiful garden. The bed was so comfortable, bathroom is modern and all made of stone. Another big plus is the pool, clean an nice. Towels are available on the poolbar. The breakfast is a la card and was every morning a joy, fresh made and local fruits. Outside the hotel is just one little street to cross to get to ricefields and natur. Along the street are a lit of restaurants. Its not busy as in ubud center, what we appreciate a lot. People are very friendly in the small shops, alway time for a little chat. Back in the hotel is a small temple-pls ask before entering and always dressed properly, with sarong and belt, its the family temple, so behave respectfully. A big big plus and 👍👍👍 to the stuff. All the stuff was so nice and friendly, we felt like living at friends. Thanks to the hospitality, we had a great stay at ketuts place and villas!

Everything was perfect. It is a large compound with a few well maintained villas. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Suite was great. Nice pool and vegetation around. The only thing i didn’t like was the fact that we broke the shower gel container and we have to pay for it.

Amazing pool and architecture. Each corner in this place is so interesting and authentic. Breakfast was tasty and huge portions. The stuff was super friendly. We stayed in a villa on the second floor with a view to the jungle and pool and it was wonderful experience. The villa is situated 2 km outside of Ubud, it’s not the pleasant area to walk, especially in evening when is dark outside, but you can easy grab a taxi or a bike. Also one thing which I can point out in terms of improving: Cleaning is not the strongest point of this place. A lot of dust everywhere, towels and bathtub weren’t clean too. That moment has to be improved. Nevertheless this didn’t ruin our experience because all the rest was simply perfect. Thank you Ketut’s place!
