Less facilities. The card lock door doesn't work. Every time you want to open the door you have to call the officer. The towels are a little less clean and old

The first time I was disappointed staying here because it was very noisy outside and the condition of the room was not good on the 2nd floor

The location is far from the city center, the rooms are not clean, the wifi is slow, there are no mats, toiletries such as toothbrushes are not available. Crusty bathroom. The room key is still manual.

The photo shows a very nice and clean hotel, but upon arrival, the hotel is very dirty and neglected. We checked in on the first floor, chose from 2 rooms, they were equally dirty, there was someone else's hair in the bed and the bed linen itself had some stains. I asked to change it, fortunately they changed it. But here is the shower room, I didn’t go in without slippers. I don't think it's been washed since the day it opened. Location, you can't do without transport.
