I have significant suspicions that cash was stolen from my wallet during my stay at this hotel, as it was the only place I left my belongings unattended. I didn't have my wallet in the safe because I am a frequent traveler and had never experienced anything like this before. This was the most serious and unfortunate incident I have faced. Nobody took responsibility for my loss; $150 was missing from my wallet, and I couldn't locate it.
In addition to this major issue, the hotel has three significant problems. Firstly, the location directions on Google Maps/Apple Maps are incorrect, causing taxi drivers to get lost when attempting to reach the hotel. You have to call the hotel to guide the driver. Secondly, from 9 pm onwards, the only staff member available, who acts as a doorman, housekeeper, and more, is always lying down at the reception desk. While he is friendly, he lacks hospitality skills. For instance, one night my mother was very cold, so I asked for a blanket for her, to which the man suggested a towel as a cover. Thirdly, the hotel permits smoking in all common areas, including the restaurant, where people smoke next to diners.
My experience at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory, but the worst part was losing cash from my wallet and the hotel's lack of appropriate response to this serious incident.

Such a nice hotel with a very welcoming hotel staff❤ The food is tasty ,the hotel is captivating with a swimming pool. The hotel crew is very kind and helpful. The room is cosy and clean with a beautiful view. We have also done exercursions with the hotel guide which were very intresting. Opt for this hotel and you will really enjoy your stay!

Nous sommes venus dans cette hôtel pour notre lune de miel avec mon mari. C’était incroyable merci infiniment. L’accueil au top , le service géniale , le personnel très agréable. Vous avez embellis ce moment si important merci pour toutes les petites attentions et merci de nous avoir donner envie de revenir ! Nous avons adoré le restaurant de l’hôtel ainsi que le spa !

Very average hotel and better presented in photos than in reality. But what makes me give it a bad rating is the fact that during stays (8 days) after 2 nights the breakfast which was self-service changed to a la carte! And that changes: you can only choose one dish and it takes a lot more time. We booked our stays with private travel which got us used to much better. Especially a huge contrast because our tour started in Singapore in a 5*…
