Lovely place! The service was excellent, with special thanks to Arsa and Pey who were so kind and friendly to our son... thank you again for the treats! The room itself was spacious and clean, a very nice space on the balcony as well with a sink, fridge and seating space.

This hotel was good, they give us earlier check in with our babies, but the facilities need to be upgrade, the towel was old, the play area need more clean the staff was okay

The location is good, pretty close to the beach and shops. It's just located in alley a little bit to see the hotel, so when you first arrive you have to look for it a bit. Service is amazing, since balinese realy friendly to tourist. Cleanliness is very good. For amenities 4 star because some of the 3rd floor room don't have elevator access.might be hard for elderly, water pressure is ok, could be better, but I'm on 3rd floor so acceptable. Quietness is good, and can sleep fine without any noise. Pool area is nice and lounger are clean.

Highly recommend by the fufu❣️ a lot good restaurants near by❣️ beach 5 minutes walking ❣️ very safe place big rooms, swimming pool free parking ❣️

I really loved the location since it was very close to sanur beach (2 mins by bike to be exact), the service as well was super nice, they were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious but a little humid and old so it had a certain smell that I didn’t enjoy. But the view outside plus the pool were great.

The level 3 room we had is spacious at about 350 sqft. The air-conditioning is good and cold. The staff are polite, responsive and the TV and WiFi Internet connection works well. However, there are some negatives that I hope the Abian Harmony Hotel management will take action on about the room as it feels like it could collapsed on us any time. The pillows are old, the bedsheets has spots and marks, the walls are dirty with water seeping out of it every where throughout our 1 week stay. The floors are sticky and not clean, the toilet door is old, rusty and wood dust are all over the floor, the paint is peeling every where, the water heater does not heat up on some morning. The shampoo and shower gel dispenser is rusty, old, and looks toxic! At night between 11pm to 5am, you'll hear noises on the ceiling or roof. There's scratching sounds and something else that sounds like water boiling loudly. Not easy to sleep. Won't come back until the hotel infrastructure and amenities are fixed. Based on my research, I could get a cleaner and better room for less than SGD $45 per night that's cleaner and doesn't feel like it could collapse anytime.

The room that i got looks totally different from the pictures they posted. Toilet is dirty and whole room is smelled sewage.i already told the staff about it but no solution 😪.Door locks not working properly and i couldnt shut the door without the key. Bathroom door also hard to close. When i had shower all the water flood to the bathroom floor.water tap is all corroded. Wifi keep dropping off.

Pro: Great location. Close to the beach within 3 blocks or a short 10 minute walk. There's a pool, laundry, transportation service, spa, and welcome drink. The front desk is attentive and are friendly. Beds are ok, not hard. The ac didnt see to blow enough air but it worked. The front desk said they gave us both an upgrade. The rooms are really big. The view of the pool was nice from the balcony. Cons: Super slow internet. We stayed for 4 nights and everyday we had around 150 kbps up to 500 kpbs. After complaining, the speed seemed to go up to 1 mbps then shot back down to 200 again. It was disappointing because we had just arrived and couldnt catch up on work and downloads took all night. The cleaner did make the bed and swept the floor but he never changed the towels or wiped anything down. There were glass pitchers in the room for water but not bottled. The rooms are not soundproof so I would hear noise throughout the day until the guest went to sleep. There were no "make room/do not disturb" sign so the cleaner would ring the bell in the morning and disturb our sleep. When cleaning the workers were a bit loud. So you could hear some of the conversations. The water pressure was terrible and needs updating. It smelt funny and definitely had the typical salt water taste. Overall, this is a suitable hotel if you have family. The rooms are huge. I wouldn't stay again.

Amazing location, walking distance to beach, a lot of options of street food around, the famous gelato Massimo is at 300m from the hotel, nice breakfast, cozy pool

Overnight b4 going to nusa penida.bed is comfy and the hotel near to jetty

Simple & yet conveniently located for a late stay over. Arrived late due fight delayed, checked in and was being upgraded to the biggest room as my booked room type is not available. Big and spacious, 24hrs Circle K is right infront of the hotel. English speaking staffs are friendly and smooth check-in process. Early morning check out was simple, quick, easy and hassle free too as my ride is already there to pick me up.

Wasn’t here for too long as we got into Bali late at night and was travelling to Nusa Penida early next morning, so location was great! The hotel and the room was a lil dark for my liking but the staff were pleasant and helpful!
