Not a bad hotel in the center of Ubud. Villa 3.5 is suitable after a long flight, quick check-in. Old room stock, requires cosmetics. In general, it suited us for a short stay. We tried the breakfast at the hotel, very good for an extra fee.

Good hotel to stay in Ubud. Very friendly staff, very quiet area but only 10 minutes from the center. The road at night is a bit narrow and without a shoulder, you can always ask for a Grab (local taxi). We chose a villa with a private pool and the truth is that it exceeded expectations.

3.5 stars if I’m being generous. Maintenance is a major issue. Cleanliness is below average in very many ways. For example; the linen provided had holes in it -both sheets and bedding. So worn and beyond repair I would use for rags at home. The smell in the bathroom when using the shower made me question whether using soap in the pool would be an option (I didn’t). Fixtures in bathroom-broken. Walls-moldy. Offerings left in doorways for days on end-ants. The list goes on! Plenty of potential if the owner & the staff ACTUALLY made an effort. Do not pay more than 400000 IDR person pp. p.n to stay in this place.

It was a pleasant stay. The facilities, food in restaurant were really good though the ambience especially front reception view was not as great as shown in the photos. The private pool was not clean. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Overall i would give a score of 7/10.
