Great stay especially if you are planning on visiting the zoo as itโs a 2 min walk from the hotel. Service was also good.

Near zoo , great hotel , prefer the villa .. we book suites n villa .. but villa is great .. many mosquitos at night .. but we love that we got free unlimited tickets to zoo n only 5mins away from zooโฆ

To visit Bali zoo, waterfalls, coffee plantation, the hotel has a perfect location. it is away from Ubud traffic jam. The villas are great. The service super quick and kind. free zoo tickets and you can book elephant mud activity their. keep in mind that the activity is for kids taller than 120cm

Sanctoo staff were all respectful and went the extra mile for us especially the two ladies who checked us in. The room is little tired however still very nice. One advice to the hotel is to please upgrade the food quality, we stayed at 5 different hotels during our time in Bali and Sanctooโs food was the worst in terms of quality of the food and presentation. Breakfast buffet is a very sad experience with hardly anything on offer. We did however enjoy our floating breakfast besides the food. The staff are very gifted individuals in hospitality and for that reason alone I would come back.

The room was clean, the restaurant food was delicious, and the zoo admission was provided, so it was practically half the price of the accommodation. My child was still young, so we went to the zoo every day~ haha โโ
A private buggy tour costs about 750,000 rupees (about 70,000 won) and you can comfortably tour for 2 hours~ I recommend it haha

The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling. We had a meal in the hotel restaurant, which was unexpectedly delicious. The swimming pool is also very beautiful! !
