No most comfortable place to be.
They pretend to be luxury and very strict on their own rules. When wifi or electricity not working they like to say that they are family run property.
The team are really nice, they should be more proactive.
Room are poor and everything is old, bed is not comfortable and far to be compered to average facility in Ubud.
Room is full of spiders, mosquitoes and giant ants. This place this a major renovations, they daily excuses for thighs missing or not working was Covid, personally I find it annoying specially when I made simple request such as ice bucket.
Personally I will not comeback, major reason is the “ manager “

The villa is so remote area far from ubud town driving have to take twenty minutes to reach. facilitie a bit old furniture and electrical appliances must replace hygiene towel and bedsheets not in white colour is time to change.

Lovely private pool area overlooking therice fields in a stunning location. However the property is dirty and not maintained, my husband had to clean out the shower drain so we could use it as it wouldn’t drain (it was full of previous people hair) The pool water was murky. The doorhandles to the bathroom was pretty much falling off and there was mould coming through the walls everywhere, pillows were old and lumpy, and the towels were threadbare. Being in the middle of nowhere food options are extremely limited and the on-site restaurant really is not worth it, limited options, and what they do have is not well prepared(undercooked potato wedges, dense undercooked waffles, chocolate milkshake straight from a carton) If you do get the breakfast, definitely go for the Indonesian rather than the western style. The rice and noodles were good. I was expecting a lot more for we paid to stay there. On this Bali trip, for $30 a night more we stayed at another property rated 4 star, but so much better. I’d rate 3 Gold luxury villas 3 stars at best.

Very disappointing. It lacks maintenance, staff very friendly and helpful but couldn't make up for the overall feeling we had. No water working at all to begin with but was resolved shortly after. Power went off a couple of times but did come back on. Food was adequate at best but not the worst. Set amongst rice fields, so picturesque but the fact that we saw two rats near the outdoor kitchen area was disturbing, one actually in it as we were relaxing out there one day. Not good. Very quiet and peaceful though if that's what you're after. Cut our stay by one night to get out. We felt it was possibly a bit too remote for our liking. Beautiful scenery on the way there though which was good. Would not venture back unfortunately. Feel sorry for the place though, obviously hit hard through Covid I would imagine.

We’ve been there for one night. The breakfast is delicious, the room is clean. It’s small and far away in the landscape. I wouldn’t call it luxery - it’s a lovely little place in the middle of nowhere, close to a road. I really appreciate the kindness of the stuff. I would not stay there for longer, my friend who likes simple places would. So if you don’t set the expectation to a 5 star resort, you won’t be disappointed :)
