After checking in, the front desk couldn't find the check-in information. The hotel confirmation form was sent but it couldn't be found. They told me to arrange the room first and I was delayed there. It was 11 o'clock when I arrived and I had to check out at 6:30 the next day. I was delayed until 11:30. And it's right next to the road, and the noise of passing cars is super loud. I don't know why anyone would recommend this kind of hotel. Amazing hospitality and service! It was one month past our wedding anniversary but they managed to still make it a special one 💗 Thank you to Ms Daisy and all the friendly front desk associates for putting in so much effort in ensuring we are always comfortable throughout our stay. Location was alright, Seminyak’s traffic is just really bad and it will never change. Beach was not accessible as there are construction work going on. Needed to grabbike all the way to double six beach to get closer to the waves.
