I lost my ring and it turned out to be kept well by the hotel. The honesty of the staff is extraordinary
+- 10 minutes from the center of Ubud. Suitable for those who don't want too crowded
1 more special thing, the mattress is very good, I slept soundly on the Ubud mattress. Plus the swimming pool has 2 levels, like the sound of a waterfall

The location was a bit far from the city, but the shuttle made it convenient, and the peaceful surroundings were perfect for a quiet escape. The view from the room was stunning, and the breakfast, pool, and service were excellent. The attentive concierge on our first night made it the best stay of my 8 day Bali trip. I will always always make this my first choice for my next Bali trip

I like the customer service provided by the restaurant staff. Food is good at the restaurant although a bit expensive.
The hotel is out of town and a good place to relax as it is quiet and cosy. Glad that the hotel provided transport service to the town .

It was supposed to be a very happy trip. When I checked out, I left the new dress I bought for this trip in the closet. I was going to wear it at the beach hotel, but the hotel refused to admit that it was there. I called them many times, but they just couldn't find it. It was obvious that the hotel staff had taken it. If you have a hotel with questionable integrity, you should think twice about it, no matter how good the environment is. This is also the first time I have encountered a hotel that embezzles guests' leftovers.
