Amazing service by Alit and team. Very personable and sincere. We contacted the hotel one day before our arrival to arrange for a pick-up. We were lucky to have Alit pick us up from the harbour and it was amazing service by Alit and team from that moment on. Roads leading to the hotel are narrow but the quality of roads are not worse than roads leading to some key attractions. Rooms were great and the views amazing! Felt like a sanctuary after returning from touring the island. Food was good too!

This is the worst experience of this trip to Bali! I am totally sorry for the amazing natural scenery of Nusa Penida (the sunset of Mount Agung is beautiful when you see it from the hotel). I specifically emailed a note when booking and hoped it would be quieter, but when we arrived, we were arranged to a room next to the laundry room on the bottom floor. When we arrived, there were already water stains in the corridor and the smell of disinfectant, but we thought that a hotel called a resort at this price should be OK, so we didn't take it seriously. Then after we took a shower and went to eat, an accident happened. A lot of sewage poured into the door of the room with the smell of feces and urine. I called the front desk for 15 minutes and no one came to deal with it. Finally, someone came, but they only dealt with the corridor and didn't care about the situation in our room. After another phone complaint, a person who claimed to be the person in charge came and told me that they had no rooms, and their brother hotel had no rooms either. Let us find a room by ourselves and all they can do is send us there. It was already more than 11 o'clock at night, and there was no hotel of the same level on the entire island. The nearest one was 7 kilometers away and half the price. The compensation he could make was "free transportation". Fortunately, Ctrip was very reliable. They booked a hotel for us urgently at night. Although I had to pay for it myself, at least there was a place to stay. We were sent there, but the sound of prayers at 4 o'clock the next morning woke us up.
