They were very strict with the check in at 2 pm and didn't want to change the reservation on my request. Of course, they are not obliged to do it but that will ensure I will not stay with them again. Little kindness goes a long way.

Great place to stay. Comfortable bed and good water pressure. Air conditioner worked well. Good location. Shared kitchen with water available. Very friendly and you can’t beat the price.

The location is good in Sanur. Rooms are confortabke but basic, no water bottles or kettle. The staff was nice and to me while I was there. Just if you stay there, by any circumstance don't be near the road, otherwise it will be very noisy. A nice option for this budget.

The room is tired, stains on the bed, bad smell in the toilet. When we arrived, we got the feeling that we were not welcome there. There is a light on outside all night and it is bright in the room because of this. Hard creaky bed and very uncomfortable. Very noisy because... the hotel is next to the road and at the same time the family that lives there is just as noisy from 7 am to 11 pm. We paid for 2 nights and left after the first. If you love comfort, peace and tranquility, then pass by this house.
