The Chillhouse Canggu by Bvr Bali Holiday Rentals

Really amazing staff who tried their best in the face of some adversity. Bali is a special place where all the troubles and tribulations of every day life can instantly dissolve. Chill House is not perfect and the main problem is … age. It’s been around for ever with no real upgrades. Some guests will love this “old” ambiance but it’s not really for everyone … although rates are lower than other options. Plumbing and hot water were an issue in bathrooms but the staff were very happy and helpful to assist in making room changes. It’s truly a great experience for some but not so suitable for others. One strong point is the vegetation on the property is great and hides many flaws. The geckos are cute but not for everyone. Some will be agitated by this. As always, any issues we had were met with gracious smiles and efficient hospitality. The location is a couple of kilometers inland from the beach so it’s relatively quiet yet has some cool restaurants west of the hotel such as TYGR, one of my favorites. With ride hailing services such as Grab and Gojek, getting around is easier than ever. More regular training should be arranged for staff; they confused the bed cover ends so the bottom (the open part) was where the head should be. Frequently found hair from other guests on newly changed bed sheets.

Be careful. What do you see in pictures as a toilets and what you get it so different. Rooms are ok but toilets are terrible. Check the pictures.

All was amazing at Chillhouse, the house is really beautiful, the swimming pool too. The king size bed very comfortable ❤️🙏🏻 thank you again, i recommand a lot ! The breakfast very good (continental or indonesian in choice) very good place in Canggu center

Nice place , very comfort, staff very humble helpfull ,and the room is very clean ...... the location need 5 minutes to main road and need around 15 minutes to the beach , good for healing , and also have two smimming pool , restaurant, good place to stay...

Love everything about this place 🤩🤩 After spending a holiday with staycation, finally we checked out. The villa was amazing, the hospitality was great, and moreover, the experience we got was awesome.

A comfortable place with a calm atmosphere, suitable for accommodation when you want a calm atmosphere. The place is comfortable, this hotel is suitable for those of you who want to find peace, this hotel also provides yoga classes, the staff is friendly, and there is also a coffee shop in it, so when you don't want to go out to find food or maybe you want to work with a cafe atmosphere, here also provides it, so we don't need to look further to do our work in peace by enjoying delicious food because here it has been provided.

It was a great experience stay at The Chillhouse Canggu. Best place to stay, big room with balcony, clean, the staff are friendly and helpfull, breakfast was delicious. There are some additional activities to try, i really enjoy the balinese massage. Thank you The Chillhouse Canggu

The staff are super friendly, places are very nice and the food is amazing. The villa itself is a haven of chill and comfort. They also have 2 pool. They also have floating breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay here!
