The hotel is beautiful, but there are a lot of monkeys. Eating breakfast in the room will attract a group of monkeys, which is very scary! It is recommended to have breakfast by the swimming pool. The staff can be contacted via WhatsApp, which is very considerate.

此生住過最噁心的酒店就是這家卡馬拉Kaamala，沒有之一！
去峇裏島旅行，千萬要避雷這家烏布卡馬拉度假村，滿屋子蟑螂，蜈蚣，蒼蠅，換了兩間房都是一樣，根本沒法住的衞生條件，你要退房走人，錢不退！無奈衹能再多花一份錢定其他酒店，損失四千塊錢是小事，萬一晚上蜈蚣蟑螂爬上床才是大事。
去西澳旅行，覺得從西澳飛回國有點遠，於是決定順路來峇裏島玩幾天，某程翻遍了峇裏島的各種酒店，看了各種評價，定了k club，布罕悦榕逸境，還有這家卡馬拉Kaamala，還有土豆頭。一共待10天時間。
K club特別好，服務也特別好，我住的帳篷房，在山裡，叢林中，本來以為會很多奇怪的蟲子，事實上什麼蟲子都沒有，特別乾淨，工作人員每天打掃兩次，都會檢查，也會殺蟲，特別專業。
接下來説重點！
這輩子住過最差，最臟，最噁心，最讓人無語的酒店，就是這家烏布卡馬拉度假村Kaamala Resort Ubud。
分兩個訂單一共定了3天，前兩天是皇家稻田景泳池套房，後一天是森林套房。下午三點到店，辦入住，磨磨唧唧將近四點前台帶着進到房間，一進庭院一股惡臭，好像下水道爆炸了一樣的味道，滂臭，環境特別糟糕，進到房間，床是凹凸不平的，滿屋子小飛蟲加蒼蠅。馬上打電話給前台説這房間不行啊，沒法住啊，前台過來看了，説回去找下其他房間換房，等了半個小時，説給換一間。然後帶我們先過去，一會工作人員幫忙把行李再拿過去。到新房間之後發現其實衞生都做的不太好，但是至少新房間院子沒有那麼臭了，於是決定換到這間，順便等行李，等酒店把行李拿過來之後，發現我們的包被弄臟了，一看就是扔地上了，服務是真的很不用心。接着我們準備把院子裏沒弄乾凈的地方自己收拾一下，此刻，看到房間的窗簾上爬着的白色蟑螂，一陣噁心襲來，小蟲子可以忍，蟑螂是真忍不了，正準備去拿殺蟲劑，在窗户上又發現了另一衹蟑螂，也是白色的，渾身難受，然後床腳爬着一衹類似蜈蚣的多腿軟體動物。想象一下，如果是晚上睡覺的時候蟑螂蜈蚣滿床爬，這你受得了嗎？兩間房都是如此的臟，臭還有不衞生，此刻根本沒法再住在這裏，也不敢住在這裏了。馬上找來酒店經理，經理不疼不癢的幾句道歉之後，讓我等着他的解決方案，於是戰戰兢兢在院子等了四十分鐘，經理來了，方案就是給我再換一間房，但是新換的房間也不保證沒有蟑螂這些蟲子。差點氣爆炸，當時果斷決定必須退房走人，跟經理溝通，經理説退訂可以，走也可以，但是付的四五千人民幣房費不退。聯繫某程，讓它繼續跟酒店溝通，我決定先走人，已經在酒店耗了三個小時了，哪怕是一分錢不退，我也不敢繼續住下去，萬一晚上蟑螂蜈蚣爬上床了，那可就噁心到家了。
正要離開酒店，酒店經理過來説還有一個方案，就是可以換到他們酒店旗下的其他酒店去住，他們酒店公司是ini Vie hospitality（來峇裏島一定要避雷這個酒店管理公司）他們在峇裏島有很多酒店，經理讓我換的酒店都是我之前看過的，平時價格三四百人民幣，讓我拿一兩千一晚的房間去平換三四百的房間，真的是奇葩到家了，我肯定不會同意，於是我走了。又定了3天土豆頭。
回過頭再去看某程的差評，在這家酒店還有丟錢報警的，這家酒店的衞生條件太差了，管理也相當混亂，大家一定要遠離，千萬別定這裏！白白損失個四五千塊，買個教訓。
