The room had stains on the floor and the shower was leaking. On the first day, we had to have them replace the shower head. There was no drying line in the shower, so it was hard to dry clothes when you go swimming. We asked them to clean the room 4 times, but even after coming back at 4pm, they still hadn't done it. The only nice thing was the breakfast and the pool. It was far from the city proper, so it's better to get a different hotel nearer to all the nice restaurants (better to stay near Les Meridien or 4 seasons). It was an awful experience in total.

On the check in, the door was broken, next day I was moved to another room that had broken kettle and bed was all cover by some flying insects (side table, bed, pillows) there were so many of them that I had to change to the third room in first 24 hrs. Room service tried to kill as many as they could and wanted to change bed sheets- but what istye use, so had to move. There was a lotofoacking and unpacking… tiring experience. The third one had ants 🤦🏻♀️ Abd kettle was only working when you switched on a particular light switch in the room. It wasn't turning off oncewater is boiled - u have to do it manually… not to mention that every day in the afternoon until morning internet was not working at all. And every time i ask something from the hotel I had to wait long time. For example iron i waited for 1hr…

It was almost perfect staycation when they prepared to check their aircon maintenance coz we waited for an hour when we all wanted is to rest after a long day activity after checking in, other than that staff are kind and approachable, a lot of food varieties ,which it was good ,near by the beach and seafood restaurants. Overall we enjoyed staying around BALI 🫶🏻 probably coming back but need to inform them beforehand 🙏

A good hotel, not far from the airport and a few steps from the ocean. A good choice if you need bed and shower. Room was a bit small and the bathroom smells not good. Room was always clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

It was excellent for us, everyone was so polite and quick to help. Rooms were clean and it all smells wonderful.

Pros: This is one of the best hotels to get if you want to be close to the beach, seafood restaurants and seafood market. Breakfast had a good variety for a reasonable price. There's a buy 1 get 1 cocktail promotion for 100k with a few nice cocktail options. Staff were very friendly and the pool was nice. Cons: Don't think it was the best value for money as the room felt a bit lacking. Our view wasn't great either with a construction zone outside our window. It seemed as though they were doing renovations in the room above ours as we heard drilling and hammering during the day which meant no afternoon naps. The WiFi was terrible and frequently dropped connection throughout the resort and even in our room. You'll definitely want to get a good SIM card if you stay at the hotel. Final verdict: 2 days is enough just to try the seafood and walk along the beach.

All the staff are super friendly!! Welcome drinks luggage carrying. The breakfast buffet was really awesome. In addition there are many seafood bbq in front of the hotel though they’re expensive and the beach near is quite rudimentary. The rooms are clean. The only bad thing is they didn’t provide hair dryer🥹
