This hotel is falling to bits and infested with wildlife. Should have been renovated years ago. Definitely not deserving of its current star rating which really makes me question the Trip.com rating and review system. When it opened so many years ago it would have been wonderful, but as of August 2024 it’s a dump. Given the price I didn’t expect it to be perfect, but don’t be fooled into thinking you’re going a bargain like we did. Here are some highlights: a bat living on our balcony and numerous bat droppings on the balcony and chair; a large hole in the roof above the balcony; dirty outdoor bath; holes, rust and dingy fittings throughout the property; abandoned bungalows and a dead flower garden to the side; murky swimming pool; abundant flies at dinner; bird droppings on furniture; unappetising breakfast spread; overpriced restaurant and you’ve nowhere else to eat; very slow to get food even when not busy; wild dog roaming nearby property; broken gym equipment; no mosquito repellent on request. Overall it has absolutely no charm and was a waste of two nights in Bali. We cut our booking short and went elsewhere.

Excellent room. Really big with nice sitting area, balcony, good working desk. Also loved the bathroom.
Had some problems getting the safe to work but eventually were fixed.
There is not much micro economy outside and just one restaurant. I did manage to get Grab from the hotel.
The hotel runs a great shuttle to Semarapura and Goa Lawah, it's free but you tip the driver and guide and pay for entry to the various sites.
The spa area is nice but the treatment I had was not very good.

I'm booking for my honeymoon. Even just for 2 days and 1 night.
But they're giving the best services plus they decorate the room that I've booked. (Sorry I'm not take a photo of the room), best breakfast, best Sunrise view.
Such a World-Class hotel.

Booked for 2 nights but checked out early stayed one night only. Bored location for kids. Reception slow during check in need to wait 15-20minutes even the counter reception empty. Facilities for kids only pool. Far from grocery, cafe close early no activities the cafe near the pool. The food also bad, ordered Tomyam but too salty the taste no like tomyam really frustrated since the price quite expensive. Ordered pizza too thin with less topping on the top kids eaten only half of the pizza the really bad. really sorry to say, it is pain when say the truth.

What an amazing stay. Came for anniversary, sureprised for the anniv set up swan towel and the tasty anniv cake. It was amazing. Check in was quick and the staff are vary helpfull, you only need to sit on the nice sofa and enjoy the loby while being registered. Only need aminute the reception direcly informed that the room is ready and the bellman assist us to the room. The bellman is very helpfull, explaining all the facility completely. We got upgraded to suite ocean view which was amazing. The room is spacious with beautiful interior design. The pool at the balcony is just obviously sweet. The hotel landscape also very nice, we really love it. Will be back for sure. Thank's for the good man, thank you Wyndham.

Nice hotel. Good clean comfortable rooms. Restaurant is at the beach club with good quality of food. Easy access to beach pedestrian area. Parking for motorbikes and cars inside. Overall enjoyed my silent stay here. Only remember that it’s not touristic area near the hotel. Only this hotel is in the area.

Staff was great! Breakfast was delicious. My room was very comfortable with a great view. WiFi and air con was excellent. Peaceful location.
My only issue was people on FaceTime or listening to their phone without ear phones at the restaurant . I wish there was similar rule to no smoking at the tables no loud cell phone use. I don’t mean children playing on the phone. Adults listening to videos and music full blast.
Had a lovely stay. Nice area away from the hustle near the airport.

We had an amazing stay here. Almost everything was perfect with only a few small bothersome things. If you're looking for that private black beach experience, you've got it at this hotel. The beach really is as black and natural as you can hope for.
A lot of reviews say that you can't swim in the beach and that is only true of the beach area directly in front of the hotel as the waves crash against the rock wall. However, there's a good swimming beach a few meters to the left.
As for the room and hotel, we were very comfortable and happy in the ocean view room. We were close to the restaurant and could hear faint sounds in the mornings and evenings but the ocean waves muffled most of the noise.
The private pool on our balcony was interesting but unnecessary. A bit cold and messy from the birds nesting above. Honestly, a top floor room without the pool would have been better as there's two perfectly good swimming pools downstairs anyway.
The breakfasts were nice and changed over the two days we were there.
Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
It was a great place to stay for a few nights. Longer might have felt boring as there's not much to do nearby but the hotel does offer day tours to compensate.
