Overall a great experience for our kids. Definitely one of the best or the best kids friendly hotel in Indonesia. Our boys love the swimming pool and play area, they were playing for hours and never get bored. The chocolate hour was amazing for our kids, they love it so much. I think the hotel really tried to think about the kids. Location wise was not ideal, wish there was a real beach but we are happy. For us adults we could go to Locca Sea House to enjoy some lunch and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean at the cliff. We love the Movenpick, and would love to come again with our boys before they become teens. Thank you.

Very good and attentive service staff. Room was also very clean and modern. Not luxurious but very comfortable.

Breakfast was not so great. Swimming pool was awesome . Service was very good.

Resort was great but breakfast option for vegetarian is like not much at all. After having a talk with staff still not much of outcome. Resort is great for families and group travellers. Love to be there next time

Booked King bed but receptionist gave us double beds. Insisted to change room and was informed to wait for 15 minutes but ended up been waited for more than 90 minutes 😢 broken shower head almost hit my husband. Very dangerous. Only 1 extraordinary and helpful receptionist is very excellent who are Mila. Thumbs up for her. Other receptionists were bad attitudes and irresponsible. Pools are not fun and dirty. Far from beach. Only the Kids club are amazing! Oh ya, and the hotel breakfast buffet are varieties. Surrounding hotel have many eateries shops too. Will not visit again.

Room quiet spacious and clean. No direct access to beach, but just short stroll walk across the street to the beach.

Everything was great. Great hospitality and definitely kids friendly. Staffs are friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their face whenever you bump into them.

A short stay for me as we are attending a family wedding in Bali. Good choice for a five star resort family hotel. Location is near the airport (25mins Max) Great breakfast spread too. A very relax feel environment with Nice 2 big pools and gardens landscape. We had a great driver from the hotel too , to bring us around. His Name is Mr. Surat. Do ask for him if you stay here. Overall 5 stars recommended.

Nice hotel , nice equipment , nice service!

The customer service offered by the hotel staff were exceptional and the hotel lobby was amazing with a lovely view! We have enjoyed our stay and all the services/ameneties offered. Able to walk to the beach for about 10-15mins. Travelers with stroller is not advisable as the path/road is not smooth.
