The water barely came out after 11pm
The reception only replied that I should wait for an hour
And they didn't offer any solution
I checked in and couldn't even shower

Dining area lighting too dim, bathtub outside balcony very dirty. Bathtub in the room's area shud hv more floor mat, very dangerous if water flowing out after a bath. Took a while to have hot water for shower, means you need to waste about 5mins to let the pipe flow.

we were given broken ac, & fridge at first. after complain then upgrade. Appreciate but still the ac is not as cool as expected. Room for 3 but Housekeeping put only 2 cups, requested but ignored. They dont check the pool towel availability. Unjustifiable for the price.

Great location, staff are awesome booked two rooms and were upgraded as one smelt like mould couldn’t fault new rooms would definitely stay again and staff rectified the issue straight away
