The location for this hotel is not far from those popular cafe were you get best view of Mount Batur especially during sunrise time. During the arrival time, the staff has assist us nicely. Staff help is to take our stuff to our room and this is really appreaciate because need to step on to stair to go down before reach our room. The choice of breakfast is limited between the Indonesian fried rice or noodle, bread or pancake serve with coffee or tea and fruit. The room we stay is the Deluxe type with mountain view the size of the room and bathroom is spacious. Cleanliness is average, tidy but there is some smell from the kinda outdated furniture and the towel that we use. No aircond available because the place is really cold and there has bath tub plus water heater that really help with the cold temperature there.

Great view and terrace, very cozy stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure you have a nice experience. The location is convenient.

The room is very old and smelly, I don't recommend it. Breakfast is delicious

Stayed for 3 nights, the view was very cool, straight from the room to the volcano. The rooms are spacious but dirty. For 3 nights, no one cleaned up once, towels and linen were not changed. Staying a couple of nights is ok. Access to the hotel is only by transport.

We hadn’t booked anywhere in Kintamani and arrived unannounced asking to have a look at available rooms. All rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. We selected a deluxe room with an amazing view towards Mt Batur and the lake. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious but surprisingly had no fridge. The bathroom was huge and well appointed with a full size bath and a separate rain shower. It wasn’t until after we checked in we found the room wasn’t air conditioned, but due to the cool mountain air that wasn’t an issue. The free breakfast was fine and the staff were fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Great place to see all three mountains. Mt Batur, Mt Abang, Mt Agung. Awesome verandah for sunrise view Kintamani accomodation is fairly simple and most food is local food. Food was good Beer was cold Room and shower were good. We bring our Smirnoff ice and black jack as you won’t find it in Kintamani
