Staffs are helpful and friendly.
Overall stay is good.
The only comment to improve is sound proof issue.
We can hear clearly when next door speak freely and loudly. Also dog barking during midnight.

My stay with my wife was exceptional. I am very satisfied with the service and the setting. The hotel surprised us for my wife's birthday. The staff was very friendly and warm. The hotel setting is magnificent for a romantic stay. The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the center of Ubud. I recommend this hotel to all couples.
