Needed a place to stay for the afternoon before catching a flight for the afternoon so I looked for the cheapest villa with private pool around me and ended up there. So laughable...worst place I ever stayed at. I thought it was a hidden camera show at first 🤣 Everything is completely decaying, like Chernobyl decaying, like a dead town. Holes in the floor, rubbish everywhere, grass not cut, dirty bathroom. There were two staff lying by the pool of my villa, smoking cigarettes when I took the villa 🤣🤣🤣 No idea how this place is still open and operating

I recently stayed at a villa in Bali and was appalled by the experience. Despite the promising photos and descriptions online, the reality was far from satisfactory. Cleanliness: The villa was shockingly dirty. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an overwhelming stench of mold and mildew. The floors were sticky, and the bathrooms were filthy, with hair and grime in the sinks and showers. The bedding had visible stains, and it was clear that the linens hadn't been changed. The kitchen was a disaster, with dirty dishes left in the sink and a refrigerator that smelled foul. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one that is supposed to offer a luxurious experience. Staff Behavior: The staff's behavior was equally disappointing. They were unprofessional and unaccommodating, showing a complete lack of interest in their guests' comfort. Requests for basic services like clean towels or fresh linens were met with rude responses and significant delays. One staff member even had the audacity to raise their voice when we pointed out the issues with cleanliness. Their dismissive and hostile attitude made the stay even more unbearable. Overall Experience: The combination of poor cleanliness and unprofessional staff behavior made our stay at this villa a nightmare. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout our visit. I strongly advise anyone considering this villa to look elsewhere. There are plenty of beautiful and well-maintained accommodations in Bali with courteous and professional staff. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and avoid this villa at all costs.

Location wise is ok. Need more improvements to increase the cleanliness and provide more amenities (drinking water, hair dryer, etc.)

Hugely disappointed upon arrival. Room is not like in the pictures. What a wasted opportunity as the villa is actually beautiful but just no longer maintained and clean.

The worst hotel ever! Dirty, old, the photos are fake and photoshop. We were disappointed and left it the next day, nobody returned money for the rest days though we tried. I guess the place is about to shut down and the owner doesn’t care about the image and reputation of the place but just to make extra easy money before closing(

The environment of the villa is OK, but the sanitary conditions are too poor. The papers thrown by the previous guests were everywhere, but they were not picked up! See the pictures for the rest! The quilt cover and bed sheet are all stained with blood. Can you throw them away if you can't wash them off? Even if it's like this, you still have to give them to guests? You can't refund after booking on Ctrip! How can you sleep like this? Fortunately, I brought disposable bedding with me when I went out, but I feel sick just thinking about it. I didn't sleep well even if I put my own on! I didn't dare to turn over all night! The paint on the furniture is quite peeling, and the small swimming pool outside is not very clean, so I didn't go swimming! Most of the lights in the yard are not on at night, and it's quite dark! By the way, there is no hot water in the room when it rains, no matter how you put it! There was no hot water when I arrived at night, and there was still no hot water before I left at noon the next day. There was no hot water on both sides and I couldn't take a shower! There was no one at the front desk after ten o'clock, and I wanted to borrow a conversion plug but couldn't find anyone! If it can be cleaned up, it can be accepted at a higher price! Such a waste of a good environment!

BAD EXPERIENCE STAY HERE, THERE IS NO REFRIGERATOR, the bathroom faucet is leaking, the stove isn't working properly, nothing is working properly. IT'S BETTER DON'T STAY HERE, I say 🥲🥲 all the bitchy employees are like lazy 😂

The lobby is dim, and there is only one staff member at check-in. The reason for the cheap price is that the villa is dilapidated. The advantage is that the place is wide and the swimming pool is big enough.

It is not managed at all. Because it is not used in the kitchen, there are a lot of mosquitoes and the coffee pot is dirty enough to not be able to boil water. But it looks great in the picture. The price is cheap in the pool villa, but I don't think I'll go there twice.

Bed bugs and mould in every mattress, beware! Please don’t make the same mistake we did, arriving at 3am to an uninhabitable villa with 3x kids. We were forced to find another hotel at 3am and manager Richard Pak refused to provide a refund. Things the worst Bali hotel/ Villa experience we’ve had after many years coming to Bali. I have photos and videos of the bed bugs crawling over the mattress if you want to see 🤯

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE AT ALL**WARNING DO NOT BOOK TO STAY YIU WILL REGRET IT** There is nothing luxurious about these villas . Websites are falsely advertising these villas. Photos are like 10 years + old, so out of date. The owner is a THIEF & should be ashamed of himself. Place was unbearable to stay in & refund was refused. Nobody could stay here the smell was disgusting & bloody hell hole. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE.

We loved our stay. We booked a 1 Bedroom Deluxe Villa. Our room number was 219, it was about a 2 minute walk from the lobby and seemed like the furthest away from the lobby. It was very peaceful and quiet and we didn't really hear any other guests. We had free wifi, where you connect to a hotspot and then are asked to log in. It was great that it was all provided rather than having to ask for the wifi details. At night, you will find tiny lizards frogs outside, mostly due to the humidity at night, I was also lucky enough to meet a little cat which was scared but I was able to feed it and give it a bit of a pat. The staff were beautiful and always ready to assist with any questions and directions. It's about a 15 minute walk to Seminyak Square, which we found very easy to do even through the heat. There a Circle K (convenient store) as well as on the corner of sunset boulevard there was a small supermarket, burger king and pizza hut. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

An absolute disgrace. Filthy dirty, old and run down. We checked in and then straight back out again. Uninhabitable. Refused to refund our money. This place is a scam avoid ar all costs. The staff will avoid you once you gave checked in so they don't have to deal with complaints, obviously well versed in this. Management/owner is based in Jakarta so will just take your money and run. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Pillow cases were grey not white and stained, no aircon in one of the villa rooms - to top it off the power in the villa with the aircon that 5 of us crammed into for a night cut off at 2am and wasn’t fixed until after 2pm but yet still no aircon - the manager refused to move us villas or give us a refund. We left to endure our children were comfortable
