Convenient hotel near airport. Friendly helpful staff. A pity the pool hours are so limited: 8am to 8pm. It makes it hard to go for a quick dip before breakfast if you have any activities organised for the day. And it is a shame to not be able to have a dip after dinner, to relax after you have had a day which often involves lots of walking. Other places I've stayed in Indonesian have more pool friendly times of 7am-9pm, which the family has always appreciated. These hours don't disturb other guests. Would be great to see them extended.

Very good service and location near airport. Lovely breakfast with fruits, chicken, fish and stuff. Nice small pool. Gym is half outside which is rather hot but okay and half inside with air conditioner.

Harris Hotel Tuban Kuta is conveniently located near to the airport. Walking distance to/fro airport is approximately 10-15mins. The service of the hotel staff is good and they are friendly and polite. However, I was not very satisfied with the room. I was given an option to choose a room near to or further away from the lift. Initially, I chose the one further. However, the room was smacked right in the middle of a construction site and a rundown/unused low-rise building. There room had a very strong stale smell and there were lots of mosquitoes especially it’s the raining season. So I requested to change to the other room. But the other was unsatisfactory as the moment I opened the room, I was greeted with a strong cigarette smell (I requested for non-smoking room). I didn’t have a choice as there wasn’t any other room available at that point. The breakfast buffet spread was alright. The cleanliness of the towels and bedsheets must be improved.

Wonderful service and nice hotel

Absolutely atrocious! This hotel does not deserve 4 stars at all. First impression of the hotel was alright. Entrance wasn't the best. Going through the corridors I thought we were in some sort of horror documentary. When we got to our room the handlebar has coming loose, which didn't help with the safety factor. When we got inside, the room was not well lit and was not well maintained. Tiles were breaking and there were "chemical stains" on the walls as mentioned by a card on the wall stuck by the staff team. Sofa was worn out. Next day we went to try the breakfast, which we hoped to be anything better. Turns out we had to see if our taste buds were broken or not. Everything was bland, except for the egg station, which served the only food with taste. Only upside to this hotel was the staff, who were ever so friendly and helpful.

The Harris Hotel is a perfect traveller's accommodation choice. The free airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off is a perfect way to get to and from the hotel. Breakfasts are great, and staff attentiveness is excellent. A top location for the amenities of Kuta.

Loved our stay at the Harris hotel. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating. Sitting by the pool was relaxing and the water was beautiful.

I love my stay there even though short. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The buffet is perfect. The room is very clean and most of the things I need are available. Although, I didnt get to enjoy the hotel for long due to short hours of layover and I used most of the time to roam around Bali; I believe it's still worth booking. I hope to see the same staff, especially Sir Jun and Sir Kadek who helped me with sightseeings for a short time.

Great location, nice staff, and convenient shuttle service. It’s a bit noisy, especially when other guests get into their rooms late at night.

Very good service. We were greeted by the hotel staff when we arrived and the rooms were splendid and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was yummy. I recommend this hotel for late arrivals..

Booked here for last day of my friend as closer to airport. And got free shuttle every hr. Quite clean and comfortable

Great location a stone throw frome DPS airport, however allow 10-15 minutes by car to get to the airport because of traffic. Free airport shuttle every hour. Private shuttle for 50000 IDR can be arranged. The room looked a bit old, but not bad at all, with all the amenities, totally recommended

Very good location and what I like about is the services and not too far to the airport. See you soon. I book another 4 nights for my next holidays in Bali. I recommend people to stay because staff is very friendly
