Was a very clean place to stay. We booked as an in between hotel before our flight. Food was lovely

Afternoon receptionist on 2/11/2023 accused us of not paying (when everything was already paid for online). After showing them the e-payment invoice they reluctantly let us check-in with sour faces. Walls are not soundproof and bathtub was broken with a huge crack. Although other staff tried to make it up to us later on, but the first impression was horrible and we did not feel welcome there at all.

I was very pleased with Dian and anggi of fourteen roses hotel at bali for their gracefulness and professionalism with customers at the hotel I am there between the 23rd to 25 of May 2024 in room 237 .I wish them all the best......vayuu and especially mammat at the reception are very pleasant.mamat gave me with a lot of free complimentary chocolates to eat. One hell of a good hotel. Hats off to the coordinator of the staff at the reception for her mgt....Ms hasinyuu

I absolutely LOVED it here! If you are after 5 star (or VERY fussy) maybe this isn't for you....but for hubby & I, it was perfect, especially for the price. Alfi, Kindi and all the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had a ground floor pool access room, which is a bonus. The pool is well kept and divine with a pool bar....although not always attended. The room was a good size for 2. The bathroom is very outdated, but clean....and that is the main thing. While I didn't have breakfast, my husband enjoyed it every morning. I think it was approx $5au Quiet location and very close to the beach, eats, shopping etc. It's in an alley off Jl Melasti. Daunting at first, especially at night, but very safe. Be sure to say 'Hi' and have a chat to Salli on the corner. She is gorgeous!

I has a very positive experience during my stay at Fourteen Roses Beach hotel. A special thanks to Beny for helping me with my initial change to my room booking and my layer check out when leaving for a reasonable cost. A very special mention to Dayu Ari for her two very thoughtful gestures, OT really made my stay a special memory for me. The room was very comfortable, clean and simple. The pool was very clean and enough for a dip and refresh. It is situated in a convenient location and even though down a small lane I always felt safe. The breakfast is simple but very nice and all you need, the staff are friendly and helpful. I will return in the future. Thank you for making my stay a positive experience.

Lovely and quiet little hotel down a long gang (lane). Its quite safe to walk even at night as its well lit. Conveniently close to the beach and Garlic lane. Nice pool also. Basic breakfast but the pancakes are amazing! Each room has a balcony. Lots of stairs to access everywhere so not suitable for everyone.

They cancelled our booking and told us it was ******* fault. Stood agree and argued for 5hrs on arrival before finally getting what we had booked. Very Limited menu service very slow. At the end of our stay, tried to make us pay for other people’s drinks etc, stood again for about an hour to get it sorted. Very disappointing, we had stayed in the past here but would NOT stay again.

I've lost count the amount of times ive been to Bali and i have NEVER experienced a hotel that needs to be avoided like this one. 1. It's Cheap but the price also brings in the most inconsiderate guests, who yell and talk loud in the stairwells in the pool and fight at 3.30am, drunk and loud Russians and loud mouth Aussies, who can't handle their Grog. 2. The hotel amplifies every sound x 10. There is no escaping the noise no matter what room you stay in. The pool music is loud, i spoke up and asked many times to turn it down, from 7am its starts with nice bali music then from mid morning to late playing rap music with swearing was not a great option, until 9pm at night. (The hotel did change the music to Kenny G in the early evening so not sure what's worse) 3. Now to the best part the pool turned green after a week of staying here, staff told guests it was okay to swim in it and denied that there was anything wrong, total BS after 2 days of a green pool and myself giving a clear message to be passed onto the GM it finally took a few managers to admit there was a issue, when the come to look at it. It was then said it will take an additional 3 days for the pool to clear, heaps of chemicals used the smell of chlorine was strong. So during this time i was subjected to swim at the beach or go to another hotel and pay for day use, which i did. ( They do have a sister hotel in Jl Legian street half way down 15/20 min walk, but who wants to lay around listerning to construction drills, due to Reno's going on. 4. Staff allow guests to swim at all hours late into the evening, who talk loud, drink grog and don't care that many guest are trying to sleep. 5. If you want a holiday that brings a calm and a relaxing enviroment than AVOID this place you will leave feeling more stressed out due to not being able to escape the noise and inconsiderate guests. 6. FYI When you need assistance early in the morning due to drunk ******, you will find the security guard asleep in the lobby. 7. Hotel rooms dated and run down, you pay for what you get lower lever rooms smell funky and these are the rooms you want to avoid they are oldcand have bath tubs 8. Spend extra $$$ to stay in a place where you can atleast relax and feel safe especially if you are a solo female traveler.

Loved our stay here. It was quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommend to get poolside room on ground floor if you like easy access to the pool. Staff are polite but sometimes struggle with English. Room was specious and they provided two free water bottles daily. Room was cleaned daily so that was also very much appreciated. I will definitely recommend and will be coming back.

The staff were amazing. Helping us choose tours and places to go and things to see. Very quiet friendly hotel. Breakfast is essential. The eggs and pancakes were the best we had in bali. Have already booked our return trip next year. Highly recommend for the price concious.
