I liked it, beautiful territory, great views! There is a free shuttle to the center of Ubud, a shop and a couple of cafes nearby. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, you can order a floating breakfast.

I found the staff friendly but I was really disappointed with the room. No hair dryer, no slippers, no conditioner. And there was no socket at the head of the bed, but the remaining socket was very difficult to use, in addition the room smelled a bit unpleasant :))

Though we arrived late in the evening, the resort -hotel has a 24-hour front desk assistant who was very accommodating and kind.. One of the beds was wet so the hotel staff transferred us to another room. Our stay was short but it was great!

I would like to ask why this hotel has a good rating? Yes, the location and view are good, but this is not enough for a comfortable stay. Unsanitary conditions, not a single towel was changed for 4 nights. I think there is no point in talking about the bed, cobwebs, living creatures, cracks all around, decrepit furniture, centuries-old dust.
A large, good area that the guys are trying to take care of. The owner of the hotel - big questions for you, why don't you want to invest and make this place really cool? We really regretted choosing this place for 4 nights.
Pros - Modest but delicious breakfast. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. The hotel is for 1 night maximum, to take a photo by the pool and have breakfast.
Cons - dirt all around, the rooms require IMMEDIATE REPAIR. It's disgusting to get into the pool. Room service - the guys came to our room every day, supposedly to clean, but I have no idea what they cleaned there.
I would not come back here.
