Beji Ubud Resort Reviews

THIS IS NOT A 4-STAR RESORT. AT BEST THIS IS 2-STAR. I want to start with writing that the staff here is extremely welcoming and very helpful to the guests and I have no gripe for them. However, the owner needs to invest some money in the maintenance of the property and especially the interiors of the room. I had booked a Deluxe suite and when checking in the situation of the room was so bad, it was downright unlivable. There were spider webs everywhere, sofa mattresses had spots, windows were super dirty and wall plaster coming off everywhere. Worst of all the bathroom and toilet were smelly and the bathroom exhaust was not working. Wifi did not reach the room we were given. I immediately decided and asked them to shift me to another room. I was downgraded to a Deluxe room even though I paid for deluxe suite stating that there are no rooms available. This new room was marginally ok and you can see the pictures of this here. This was still quite unacceptable. Plaster coming off, broken chair, broken toilet seat, yellow walls and broken tiles in bathtub. But I swallowed the pill and stayed for 4 nights. Please don’t book this resort even if the prices are cheap. Again i want to re-iterate that staff were very good and this is not there fault. Food is average.

Quiet place to relax, close to nature. Outstanding views form the pools. Rooms are clean and big. Breakfast fresh. Close to the Main Street with restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay @Beji Ubud Resort! The place is very peaceful, the people were so nice and the food was amazing. 🤩 I definitely coming back there for my next visit in Bali🌿🌳☘️👏 Ps: make sure to try the spa 💯

Before we checked in several times mentioned that we need clean room however when we entered first thing we found is lizard. We asked help from security. Second day third day they never do table out and last thing was the last day everywhere covered by insects i don’t know what kind of. I have showed it but no one cared. My friend left one night before bcs of cleanliness. I got allergy and asked checked out immediately

Lovely setting. Great sunrise. Wonderful service. Rooms are in chalets. Beautifully finished. Just needs some refreshing but is super clean.

Oh my gosh I’ve found my absolute favourite budget friendly resort in Ubud! The staff are amazing, the rooms are clean and the beds comfy. The nature & resort grounds is sooo stunning & the resort has 5 pools to choose from!! Definitely the spot to go for peace & quiet. It’s tucked away from the busy streets of Ubud, yet close enough if you need to go town for anything. I loved this resort so much I ended up extending a few more nights & will always return here when I’m in Ubud 🥰

I booked the room because in the pictures look so big I like the swimming pool with jungle behind But when I arrived there reception give us small room so we get back to talk with reception but they said only one room left We are 4 people 2 couple but the room down stairs without the door and toilet outside it weird to stay with 4 people this room fit with family have 2 kids In the morning we informed the reception that we are a bit disappointed they give us complimentary with free breakfast and flooding breakfast.

The hotel is very nice , located in the jungle with great views from one of infinity pool. Staff is very professional and friendly and the food in restaurant is very tasty

The nature is amazing! The pool is sooo good and clean, all of them. Rooms are huge and clean. Breakfast in nice, you can choose what you want to eat.

The resort has a pretty beautiful surrounding. The yard and the swimming pools create a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are big, though the furniture is old. The bedsheets are very old as well, with holes in them and stains that can’t be washed. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and the head of the shower kept on breaking, while the access to hot water was very limited. Staff was very friendly and willing to help and assist. Super welcoming and nice.

Location is in the center of Ubud, can find a restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staffs are friendly. The room is spacious and clean. We only stayed for just 2 nights, wished we had more time to stay. If given a chance to go back, would definitely stay there again, it's worth the money 😊 plus the breakfast is good.

Have a variety of facilities and very garden esque vibes with some rooms having views of the forest. Room was ok however cleanliness can be improved as well as maintenance of the doors. Room was very spacious and big. Their bottled water was also rather pricy (24k rp per bottle) however they do have a mini mart just opposite of the hotel so can get all your supplies thr!

Great location

Excellent hotel.. Reception is nice. They gave my phone back which i left it during check out. Swimming pool with forest view is beautiful. One can rent a bike nearby.
