Rama Phala Resort & Spa Reviews

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. It had real butler-style service. The only drawback was that there were a lot of mosquitoes, but there was nothing we could do about it. This is a common problem in Ubud! One of the features! The breakfast is great, the swimming pool is great, and the location is great!

A nightmare hotel. There was no hot shower for two days. Bedding hygiene is terrible. But Ctrip really needs a big show. Full butler tracking service

It's super great. When you arrive at the lobby, the music of special instruments and the specially provided drinks will make you feel like a vacation immediately. This is Bali. The environment is very good, and the standards of star hotels are all met. The only fault that needs to be picked is that there may be ants in the semi-open bathroom and several doors must be locked. Everything else is great. Water is unlimited. The spa in the hotel is also the best I have ever experienced. There is no technology and hard work, just pure and simple massage in place, and the timing is just right. Attitude, the overall hotel service attitude, that is a good one. Also the location is great. Everything

I am satisfied for the price. It was awkward because the bathroom was open, but it was a unique experience :) There was a shuttle to Ubud Market, and I made good use of it.

The hotel environment is really average, and overall it is not particularly good for the level of Tali Island here. It looks clean at first glance, but it may be because many trees form a forest. There are ants near the outside window of the room. When I made an appointment, I saw a balcony in the preview picture. I didn’t know that there was no one because it was in the basement. But I booked this room type because it has a terrace, and I was very disappointed when I went there. The toilet also feels unsafe, because it has no windows, and it is covered by some wooden strips near the outside, but in fact, if people can see the toilet shower seat from a high place outside, it feels very unsafe and As soon as we entered the room, insects were already attached to it. The price of the hotel spa is also relatively expensive, and there are at least two nearby streets. The breakfast buffet is not very clean, there are ants and spiders walking around. In the end, I left at night to find a nearby place to live🙄

Got myself black and shoulder massage with Desi. The massage felt totally professiona! I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better. Desi worked the knots out of my should blades and neck. I would highly recommend it. I look forward to visiting them again

Great service, especially considering the value for price. A lot of different services available for all rates and needs. (many massage types, highly recommend the facials, etc). thanks particularly to Puspa who was truly great across all services!

My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed a full-body Balinese massage at this spa, and we were lucky enough to have Puspa and Astri as our therapists. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Both Puspa and Astri were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire session. The massage itself was just what we needed after a busy week. Their technique was perfect – a great balance of relaxation and muscle relief. We both felt like new people by the end! They really know how to work out any tension while keeping the experience peaceful and calming. We highly recommend asking for Puspa and Astri if you want a truly relaxing and rejuvenating Balinese massage. We’ll definitely be back next time we need to unwind!

My partner and I had a massage from Desi and Puspa during our trip to Bali. They made a very relaxing atmosphere and the massage was great. They were attentive and checked in with us to make sure the massage was suitable for us. We came out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend.

The Spa experience was reaaaaally relaxing. We went for the aromatherapy and I fell asleep from how relaxing it was ! Dewi was amazing and super gentle. Will definitely be visiting again and recommend everyone to go for it ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

we took the 60 min traditional balinese massage. it was really relaxing and pleasant. we had the massage at our Rama Phala hotel in Ubud. Dewi and Desi were amazing therapists. cost: only 14€ per person. They picked us up directly from our room in the hotel

The hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The restaurant has very good food. I recommend the Thursday night cultural dinner with entertainment. Great experience. There are other restaurants and shopping close to the hotel.

I had an amazing experience with this massage therapist! Had to ask name “Dewi” She was focused on the details I mentioned about how I wanted the massage, friendly, and professional. The massage itself was excellent, and the extra feet bath was a lovely touch finished of with a cup of aromatic ginger tea. Definitely would come back for more! Highly recommend her for a personalized and top-notch massage experience!
