room is big & spacious; the bathroom has really foul smell coming from the sewage although we have report and change room the bad smell is still the same for all the rooms. I really had trouble sleeping at night becoz of the air ventilation and the bad foul smell coming out from the bathroom. not a good experience for both of us.😫

We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with pool, comfortable king size bed, loved the outdoor area for sitting and relaxing. Staff very friendly and always there to help. We liked the location at the bottom end of Sanur as it had all the restaurants etc we wanting, was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and was a lot quieter on the road which was 1 way for cars.

It was a small hotel with a good location. There were no inconveniences during my stay, but the room was old and had a damp, mold-like smell. I kept running the air purifier, but there was a smell, perhaps because there were no windows. The facilities were old, but well-maintained, and I liked the variety of TV channels. Breakfast was also convenient as you could order from the menu. It tasted good too. Overall it was good, but the smell in the room was not good.

Rich breakfast, private bath, quiet environment, and considerate service will meet your requirements for a high-end hotel.

Overall good, rooms, cleanliness, food are all good, but the BAR service is not good, if possible don't differentiate between locals and tourists 🙏

Very nice place with very friendly staff. Great location next to great restaurants and close to the beach. Hearty breakfast.

The room that I was put in was facing the road, no windows, music till late from the restaurant across the road, not acceptable. Moved upstairs to the same loud music till late, spoilt my holiday. I only stayed 6 nights as I couldn’t sleep. Asked about villas at the back of the property but none were ever available so I will not recommend this property at all to anyone 😡 So ******* you owe me for 4 nights.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The private pool was such a treat for my vacation. The staff were polite and attentive. I will definitely stay again.

I was upgraded to a villa once a got there. I have my own pool which was amazing. The place is nice but the door of the room was not sealed when u close it. So in the night I could see lizards inside my room. The surroundings areas are not very pleasant. Not much to see

Lovely property in good location. Easy walk to numerous cheap eats and beach restaurants. Very friendly helpful staff. Pool gets a bit warm on a hot sunny day is only negative.

The Villa was in a quiet area of Sanur on the main street, the staff at the villa and suites we friendly and would go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was ever too much, I would highly recommend this resort and will be certainly staying there again in the future. There is options there for dining there and also a variety of restaurants around, plenty of different places to shop whether you like the markets or shops. It is within walking distances of the main drag in Sanur.

The Sagara Villas were just superb. My husband and I stayed in a two bedroom villa as that was the only villa available when we booked. It was just magnificent ! Everything about it, we just loved it. The pool was spectacular the villas and the living areas were amazing plus the bathrooms were super awesome with the outdoor rain showers! Was such a wonderful peaceful and relaxing experience we will definitely be back! The staff were also fantastic, so helpful and sweet. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room every morning and spent most about time swimming in our private pool...what a great holiday! The villa was in a great area also, very quiet but so close to shops restaurants and the beach. I was so sad that we had to leave, we can't wait to return! Thank you Sagara, our stay with you was absolutely wonderful and such lovely memories.
