The location was great and at the quieter end of Sanur. Service and staff were excellent.

Very nice hotel! Professional staff. Please was great to relax on the beach. Perfect with a 2-year old kid!

Comfortable spacious room, slightly dated but no concern for this. TV I felt is too small to watch from bed. Pool is large but very much chlorinated so expect to smell for about 2 showers worth. Breakfast buffet was extensive but did not eat there. On the beach front a big plus.

Second time at puri Santrian. You won’t be disappointed staying here, they have everything you could possibly need and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Awesome buffet Breakfast too!

Was unimpressed with Superior room on arrival - small and dingy, not comfortable. PowerPoints weren’t international and my adapters didn’t fit the circular indentation - Altho they provided an adaptor immediately on request. Next day mentioned wasn’t happy with room. Was immediately upgraded to Club Room which was larger, fresher, brighter, had a sofa, and shared private pool. It was much better. Staff were very responsive, friendly and kind. Facilities were lovely. Location great. Sea water clear but lots of reeds and rocks. Grounds were shady and beautiful! Enjoyed my stay 😊.

Extended my stay for the wonderful experience, but too bad, left superior room, the hotel is full house, still enjoy it…

Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Private beach at the end of Sanur. So tranquil. The pools are great. Many pools option depth and location. Food and breakfast are great too. Staff service are superb. Two tumbs up. Definitely will be back.

Excellent stay- extended the trip. Beautiful big room and great pools and loungers on the beach. Seems the hotel is only just starting to welcome back tourists so some limitations with food menu and drinks at the beach side restaurant. Friendly staff. Overall happy with choice.

Nice stay tp karena sepi dan bangunan lama jadi agak horor hehehehe, but overall good terutama breakfast tepi pantai nan indah
