Nice clean room some problems with the balcony door as wouldn't open or close very well the safe was also a problem as kept failing on the battery location was good for sanur but was on a really busy road so noisy at night.
Pool was nice and good for a dip didn't eat here but sanur beach is a short trip 5bmins by bike and lots of bars and shops.

• Dari parkir area, lobby, restaurant and rooms, I feel the vibes, so clean and tidy.
• Kebersihan garden dan pool perlu diperhatikan.
• Sayangnya breakfast sebenarnya à la carte dan buffet hanya untuk baverage, toast and fruits. And the big guy who as served at the restaurant need to learn how to smile.
• Last but not least, unfortunately the pool is not just shared with the tenants who stayed at the hotel.

The location is towards Sanur Beach, but it is not far enough to walk to and you have to drive for about 5 to 10 minutes to reach Sanur Beach.
It's not a bad location if you're using a car or bike.
The level of hygiene was clean, but it felt like the facilities were a bit old.
The staff are friendly and always smiling.

love the Griya Santrian, this is the resort we choose for our annual girls trip. We continue to choose this resort due to the fabulous location and the very friendly staff. We stayed in a deluxe room with twin beds on the ground floor, which we requested and the hotel kindly obliged. Although the hotel was at capacity, we always managed to get a table at breakfast. We love that there are 3 pools to choose from and we were always able to get a sun lounge. Lots of restaurants close by, both on the street and on the beach. We can't wait to return next year. 😀
