I spent 1.5 million rupiah to upgrade to a beachfront suite. The royal suites are on the other side of the road, which is not convenient for transportation. They are close to the shopping center but far from the beach.
The hotel room is nice, but the bathroom takes up most of the space, and the space utilization is not particularly reasonable. However, the hotel's Wave Restaurant tastes very good. The breakfast is not a buffet but there are many choices. Guests also have free afternoon tea.
One disadvantage is that there is no kids club.

I came here for my honeymoon and it was really, really great! The staff were so friendly and the welcome drinks were so delicious. The accommodations were also a private pool villa, so I could swim whenever I wanted! The water was deep and the pool was long, so it would be great for adult men, but it was great for little kids like me to play with the tube😆

It is located along the Seminyak beach, so the view is great when you eat breakfast and dinner at Breeze Restaurant. The pool villa I booked was in the courtyard. It was a 1-minute buggy ride from the main building to the annex building inside the city center. The facilities were spacious and overall nice. The only inconvenience was that it took a long time to fill the bathtub (jet spa) with water (low water flow rate), and the hair dryer had a weak wind, but there were no bad points. As a reference, the water depth in the pool villa is 1.65m, so it can be dangerous when accompanied by children. *Pros
1. Restaurant has a good coastal view, especially recommend watching the dinner sunset
2. Food is delicious, free afternoon tea service, and free minibar drinks
3. Nearby shopping facilities, cafes, and restaurants

We love the hospitality from the hotel staff and the ambiance is simply breathtaking!
The sunset view is so perfect!
And there are no Balinese statutes around the hotel which is very good.
We stayed in Royal 3 bedrooms but the amenities such as iron is not a steam iron.
Overall it was a perfect stay for us in Samaya Villa.

We absolutely loved this resort. The bonus of hotel facilities combined with your own private villa with a pool was fantastic. The resort is located directly on the beach. We stayed for 5 nights at Double Six Resort, 5 nights at The Samaya, and this was definitely the better option. The service is top-notch. Breakfast felt like dining in a fine restaurant rather than your typical buffet. During the day, while lounging by the oceanfront, staff would bring ice water, fresh fruit, and afternoon tea, all complimentary. We had dinner and dessert at the restaurant; the only negative aspect was that we were charged for water. When spending $160 for 2 people, surely this could be complimentary. However, not to worry, as the food and service made up for it. Additionally, a small suggestion would be to have a jazz band playing in the afternoon one or two nights per week, as it would have given this resort the perfect vibe.
