The reason we booked The Lovina is because we want to watch dolphin early in the morning. We need to go to the jetty before sun rise. We requested hotel shuttle to the beach but hotel staff could not fulfill. Room is spacious & big but a bit old. Breakfast is good. Overall above average..

The service was amazing, outstanding levels. The rooms were clean, enough amenities and cooking equipment. The pool was clean and the food was really good. The staff cater to all fo your needs. You can book tours through the hotel and there is a gift shop.

The location was in a very scenic spot, it was quiet, and didn't get much rain while the rest of Bali got more rain, so I was very happy. The only problem is that its a 2-3 hour drive from the airport with a lot of winding around corners and going up and down hills - true torture for someone like me that gets carsick. People just need to be prepared for the drive, but it's worth it. If you're the type of traveler that wants nightlife and partying, then stick close to the airport in Denpasar instead. If you want a relaxing beach vacation like me (still plenty of alcohol at the beach bar), then this is your place. The food was absolutely superb for lunch and dinner! The breakfast was average, more western style, but maybe I'm biased because I'm not a breakfast person anyways. You can always just sleep in and go for lunch. The pizzeria's pizza was perfection, and all other menu foods I tried, I loved. The service was great, everyone was very kind and helpful. On my last night when I was feeling too ill to eat, the restaurant staff made a free pot of tea for me and I was so grateful. The resort also called a doctor for me, which I didn't even know was an option, and I was so grateful. Lastly, the resort was stunning! Everything made of stone felt so safe and clean, everything was family friendly, there's two beautiful pools, and the beach was unparalleled. The beach bar & restaurant was perfectly situated so you can watch both the sunset and the sunrise and you can relax while your kids or friends play. Lots of outdoor space to relax, and the resort provided a free shuttle service to nearby places. There was even a gift shop that also sold sunscreen and aloe vera. And the accommodations! The bed was wonderful, the room was spacious, all amenities provided, and the shower was wonderful.

This hotel is considered to be a relatively good hotel in the Lovina area. In order to catch dolphins and snorkel the next morning, we stayed in this area. There is a beach inside the hotel, and you can make an appointment to catch dolphins the next morning. The beach is not good, it is black, because it is a volcanic area, primitive environment, there are many mosquitoes, remember to bring mosquito bite medicine. The hotel has baked pizza, which is pretty good, and the hotel people are very friendly

The hotel upgraded the suite for free. The front desk helped to arrange a boat to chase dolphins. It cost about 90 RMB per person. The boat was right on the beach of the hotel. It was very convenient. You can order food and watch the sunset on the beach at night. I had a local massage in the spa. I don't recommend it. It was too gentle. It felt like nothing. It cost more than 200 RMB.

A must stay if chasing dolphins. The hotel is right next to the beach. There were a bunch of trimaran boats parked, all chasing dolphins. I slept until 5:40 and walked directly to the beach to board the boat. It only took a minute's walk, which was very convenient. The room type is a three-bedroom villa with a Mediterranean style architecture. There is a separate living room and dining room on the first floor. All bedrooms have separate cloakrooms. Each room is very large, and the toilet is even larger. I stayed in high-end luxury hotels in Nusa Dua and Ubud all the way. I didn't have much expectations for this hotel, but it was quite pleasant to stay there. The beach bar is very close to the beach, there is a guitar playing and singing performance by a local band, and the sunset is quite beautiful. Breakfast is a good set meal, lunch and dinner are average. The sand here is very fine, much better than the coarse gravel in Nusa Dua. It's a pity that it lacks care and there are a lot of impurities such as coral stones and seaweed. It definitely has potential if it can be properly prepared.

I personally think the price-performance ratio is very high. I will choose it again next time. It is very clean. The bathroom leaked into the room, but I asked the staff to clean it up quickly. The staff are very enthusiastic and can speak English. It is suitable for vacation. There is a swimming pool and it is very close to the beach, so you don’t need to get up at 6 am to chase dolphins. The important thing is that the spa is very comfortable, so you must do it. Environment: great

This is a very rubbish hotel. Whoever stays here will be unlucky. They will rip you off if you are Chinese. It is very far away. Don't go there if you want to chase dolphins. Anti-humanity project

The hotel is in a good location. The beach is right outside the door. It is only a few minutes' drive from the pier where you can chase dolphins and watch the sunrise. The breakfast is good, the room is quite spacious, and the waiter is friendly.
