很糟糕的體驗，到達酒店後被告知我們預訂的兩間房間衞生間漏水，不能住，解決方法是到同一個老闆的另一個酒店入住（非海邊，環境沒法比），當天到的很晚了，也沒辦法和老闆前台掰扯，避雷吧，感覺是酒店超售了，而且前台處理不了我們問題的時候，老闆過來了，老闆態度很不好，説話也相當之不客氣。避雷！！！

its my first experience with Suma Hotel, I booked 2 rooms for 2 days, unfortunately I can't show up on the first day due to emergency family reason ( my old brother passed away on the first day ) I tried to call to the number on the trip.com shown up, but its just an answer machine spoke, so I come on the 2nd day, and teh sold my room to other guest without any confirmation from us, without any call or any further information, so please, be carefull, even you paid for your booking, it doesn't mean confirmed that you will get the room👎 very bad experience with Suma Hotel👎

Rooms and pool were great, fresh flowers and pool towels available to use each day - staff were friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was tasty and fresh.
Only negative was that trips were more expensive, we booked elsewhere and saved 100 rupiah p/p so worth keeping in mind. We booked with Dolphin Dreams Bali and loved it so much we went twice.

The Suma Hotel is well located, by the sea. The staff is pleasant and smiling, and takes great care of you. Varied breakfast, good cuisine. I was able to try the massages, it felt really good! I recommend the Suma Hotel with pleasure!

Love the garden, the room, the vibe and most of all the firendly and helpfull staff and owners. Have been there many times and will come back. They also have a nice restaurant with delicius food and a coffeshop. Close to the ocean but not a beach for swimming.

The staff is wonderful as well as the quality of the place. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, it's a shame that the air conditioning makes a tractor noise. During our night we really needed to sleep but major work (hammer, electric saw, etc.) from 8 a.m. prevented us from doing so. Inadmissible.
