Very convenient location, spacious and clean room. since we have an early activity next day, the hotel even prepare us a takeaway breakfast.

Amazing service. Was served drinks upon arrival and given complementary tea break. Beautiful room and hotel, and given free upgrade. I really enjoyed my stay. Would 100% go back!

There were many places to take pictures and have meals. All staff are very kind.

This resort is a very beautiful resort, well kept, very clean, beautiful surroundings, perfect location, fantastic services, friendly and wonderful staffs, very considerate with our requests, kids friendly, lovely spa, gorgeous pool, sumptuous breakfast.. Will definitely come back..!

This place is stunning and the staff are amazing. A free afternoon tea doesn't go amiss. Some rooms have baths which is a nice addition. Location is good near to Monkey forest and Coco.

OH MY GOSH!!! We both love this hotel!!! This was the first time i stayed in Ubud area because i was looking for a 2 days retreat, no shopping, no going out. Just stayed in the hotel to relax. I booked the Alaya room and was satisfied with my choice and the help of the reservation department so that i was given the paddy field view. The only minus was the air conditioning was not as cold as expected, i supposed it needs some service. But that was just very minor that i didn't make any complaint. The bed was sooo oohh comfortable, but the pillows were a bit bulky and thick. The balcony was friendly to us. Since we webt there when it was the last week of liw season, we got a really nice quiet, and minimal guests in the hotel area. My room was in building 1 and it was excellent!! All staffs were wonderful, very helpful and very polite. I couldn't say more to express my satisfactions and gratitutes to all of you, but i can only let you know that the next time i m coming to stay in Ubud, ALAYA will be my number 1 choice!!

Alaya Resort was our last stop on our Bali trip, and it couldn't be any better. The hotel is close to the food street and easy to get around. The hotel staff was attentive and comforting, and the room was spacious and lovely. We stayed in Alaya Room, which is nicely tucked in close to the spa, away from the street and restaurants, giving us a chance to unwind and relax. We had a couple of treatments in Dala Spa, which has been nothing short of spectacular. I'd especially like to thank Dwi; her impressive massage skills made me feel new. The only downside was the hotel breakfast; the system was a bit confusing, with both a la carte and buffet options; my a la carte order on the first day was quite disappointing, so we didn't go to the hotel breakfast afterward. Thankfully, the hotel's territory has a wonderful eatery, Pison, and plenty of choices are around. I would stay in Alaya again and recommend you to book it. I would definitely book with Alaya again.
