Good day! We are delighted with everything about this hotel! The service is at the highest level! Magnificent territory, incredibly delicious food, all the staff are friendly, cleanliness everywhere and pleasant aromas!
We were complimentarily upgraded to a higher level room and we lived with a view of the jungle in our own separate villa. The room had everything we needed!
The staff is so attentive to each guest, you feel an individual approach and this is certainly pleasant. We will definitely come back again! It was unforgettable!

Perhaps, during the entire stay on the island, this hotel showed itself to be the worst, despite the price for the room.
Initially, the staff misled me about the cancellation of the room and the return of the reservation.
After a very long clarification of the circumstances, they told me that simply because of their policy, they do not return money for the reservation (although initially they provided information that they are ready to return if the site through which I booked does not mind). As a result, a response came from the site that the hotel is not ready to make a refund. It took a very long time to figure out who is to blame and what to do, in the end the staff just threw up their hands and began to say that they can no longer do anything.
Spent about 3 hours on clarification. As a result, I just wasted time and money.
Now about the specific disadvantages:
- It was very cold in the room, I was not able to switch the air conditioner to heat. My wife and I were very cold.
- I was surprised by the presence of monkeys that can get into the room and steal things, and no one warned about this. I had to fight off one monkey on the balcony with a slipper!
- Another monkey attacked my friends during a walk, fortunately they got off with a light fright.
- I'm not happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. Also, the towels by the pool smell really bad.
- It's hard to get there and supermarkets are very far away.
The only plus I'll mention is the delicious breakfast with a great view.
That's all. I definitely wouldn't come here again.
