Stayed here for 2 nights. Location and cleanliness is good. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the swimming pool and views of the beach. Breakfast was good though variety can be improved. Lovely and pleasant stay overall.

The accommodation is right on the beach and in front of two snorkeling spots: Pyramid & Turtle Snorkeling Spot. You can rent snorkeling equipment directly from the hotel for free and the staff is very friendly. You can order breakfast the day before or in the morning itself depending on what you want, the selection was large enough - banana pancakes, avocado toast, nasi goreng, fruit, etc. :) The only negative points are for the beds, as the mattresses are very saggy. The TV was strangely hanging very high above the window, but since we didn't watch TV anyway, it didn't matter.

shortcoming: 1. It is not worth the more than 600 yuan for the room fee. I seriously suspect that the landlord gave more than 80% of the room fee to Ctrip for promotion. 2. First of all, the hygiene is very bad. The toilet smells bad and the towels have bugs. 3. Secondly, there is no quilt on the bed, only a thin sheet. Fortunately, it is a male, and the female will probably die from the cold. 4. There are no toiletries in the bathroom. Fortunately, I brought them myself, otherwise it would be difficult to imagine what to do. 5. The water temperature is completely unstable, the water pressure is very low, and there are mosquitoes in the room. The funniest thing is that the TV is placed on it. Conclusion: Because I went to Tulamben for diving, I found a hotel temporarily. I suggest that your family members do not choose this hotel in the future. The room fee of more than 600 yuan will make you fucking disgusting on Ctrip🤢.

Villa was OK. Staff were kind and polite. Owner responded promptly until we paid, then no more responding. If only we had known that a rock band was going to be playing at night right next door, about 30 metres from our room. You might want to let people know about that.

We just had a fantastic stay at Amed Beach Villa. It is in the perfect location with fantastic views of Mount Agung and right on the water. The staff were extremely helpful with organising breakfasts each day and tours to the nearby Gates of Heaven and Water Palace. The small infinity pool was a nice cool off through the day and with only five rooms it feels more like a private villa. I went snorkelling every day directly in front of the accomodation and the colours and numbers of fish were amazing. Two of the days I got to snorkel with some turtles just off the shore. Staff were great and good communication from David in booking. Would recommend !

Outstanding views of Mount Agung from the upper floors - Clean and spacious accomodation - FANTASTIC staff, very helpful and polite - Tasty breakfast delivered to your patio - Refreshing pool with eye-line views to the beach - A few restaurants and shops within walking distance - A little pricey compared to others in the area, my only negative. That said, I would return

Lovely boutique hotel right on the beach. Spacious rooms & friendly accommodating staff who provided delicious breakfasts. The gracious owner arranged a very congenial and informative driver to tour nearby sites: snorkeling spots, water palace, sacred temples and Tirta Gangga gardens. The rooftop patio has a scenic view of the entire bay, fishing village and Gunung Agung volcano. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The villa is beautiful. Lovely and clean with a fantastic pool and sun beds. Our room was on the first floor and had the most spectacular views of the ocean and Mount Agung. The room was clean and spacious and well-decorated with a safe and a fridge. Gorgeous terrace in front of the room where we were served a delicious breakfast each morning watching the sea and the volcano. There is also a rooftop terrace on the top floor open to all guests which was amazing to watch the sunset from (and also the band playing on the beach at the bar next door). The area is really great with loads of warungs within walking distance serving delicious freshly-cooked food. Snorkelling right in front of the villa was awesome!! Loads of coral and fish and turtles! The staff were all lovely and friendly and helpful. They organised us transport to the Japanese shipwreck (about 20 minutes away) where we went for a really interesting snorkel. They also arranged transport for us back to the airport.

Very Good

This hotel is located directly on the beach with good snorkeling just offshore. The views from the third floor roof terrace open to all guests and the private second floor terrace are absolutely spectacular. The breakfast is served on your private terrace, which is a nice perk. The room was nicely furnished and air conditioned. However, the bathroom had shoulder-level opening to outside (no glass) and was not climate controlled, which may be a deal breaker for some people. Stuff were trying their best, but had very limited resources, and not everyone had a good command of English.

My wife and I recently spent 3 nights here and had a great stay. Very well appointed rooms, breakfast included and absolute beachfront. Great snorkeling on the reef directly behind the lovely swimming pool, we saw turtles on 2 on of our 3 days absolutely amazing. Location is ideal with many places to eat within easy walking distance and next door has bean bags on the beach so you can watch sunset over MtAgung. Great place to stay

I stayed here for two nights in September 2022 (booked it through ******* for about $82 USD a night, including taxes/fees). It is a great little place in the middle of Amed. It appeared to only have five or six rooms total, all within steps of the pool, which looked out over the beach. The room was spacious, clean, and had a good fan and AC - and a nice bathroom. The staff and location are great. Staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a car to do some nearby sight seeing while there. The manager offered to drive me - for free - up to nearby sunset point on his scooter one evening. The hotel also has a great rooftop to catch the sunset if you would prefer (regardless - do it somewhere as the sun sets behind the string of volcanoes on Bali's north coast and is gorgeous). The hotel is also a short walk to everything you need in Amed, including being next door to the liveliest restaurant/bar I found (which still got quite before 10:00, of course, as this is sleepy Amed). In short, it was a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We spent four nights at Amed Beach Villa and it was a most pleasant hotel stay We were in Penthouse 1: the room was spacious, the patio overlooked the bay, and watching the fishermen come in was fun. The reef is right in front of the hotel and snorkeling was quite good: lots of fish with good variety--nothing too large, but good colorful fish. The service was excellent: staff members cooked breakfast to order each morning and were there all day to give advice and helpful tips about the area. There are lots of restaurants, mini-markets, and spas nearby.
