Fantastic stay at Villa Air. Best villa we ever stayed in. Can't wait to come back again next year!

We had a great stay. Unfortunately when we arrived Bali was still recovering from a long no tourist phase, so the property was not in the best shape,(swimming pool in the maintenance, moldy smell etc) but Kudos to the team who did their absolute best to accommodate us in a villa what was constantly lived in so we did not have the smell and humidity. Perhaps by June the place would be back to it’s glory, and I would consider coming back then.

The room facilities are not very new but they are pretty good. We changed to a two-bedroom villa on the last night. The swimming pool is much bigger. The hotel service is really good. They helped rent motorcycles, make reservations for spa and meals, etc. They really responded to all requests.

This hotel is the last stop in Bali, but it is also the most amazing one. The room size, environment and service are very good. The hotel has a very high cost performance. There is no public swimming pool in the hotel. Almost all rooms have their own private swimming pool. It is very good for taking photos.

The room is good and the location is convenient. There is a famous spa at the door of the hotel. The price/performance ratio is quite high

I stayed here on an anniversary. The bed was decorated with swans and flower petals. The floating breakfast (about 16,000 yen) fulfilled my travel purpose. Everywhere is photogenic. The road to the hotel seems to be always congested, so if you try to arrive a little earlier, you will probably have more time for your trip. There were Japanese staff members there too.

Spent two great nights here. It should have been a popular hotel before the epidemic, but now Bali is not so popular. It can still be booked a few days before the National Day departure. The staff are friendly and the food is good! Bring your parents over next time! It’s such a great value. This room in Sanya starts at 8,000+.

The one-bedroom pool room we booked was 230 square meters and the environment was very good. We checked in with high expectations and booked a floating breakfast. After checking in, we were taken to a small courtyard. Without any prior notice, we were suddenly told that because the hotel was full, we were moved to a two-bedroom room. However, because we had booked a one-bedroom, we were One room is locked (what I want is that I want to use 230 square meters, does the locked area count?). The environment of the courtyard was completely different from what we wanted to order. The floating breakfast was average, not particularly amazing. It was time to check out the next day. We wanted to delay our check-out for an hour, but our request was rejected. Instead, someone had already come to clean the hotel before we had fully checked out. In short, it was different from the introduction of Xiaohongshu, and it was not as good as expected.
