Great place for a couple or group of friends. Not so suitable for families with kids. Akar restaurant is top and even the kids enjoyed the performance. The spa is overpriced.

The villa is as shown in the picture. The staff are very nice and helpful. We stayed in a villa no.9 which is quite far from the jungle club so we aren't getting disturbed by the party that was held every weekend. There is shuttle service from the hotel to the Ubud downtown around 5-6 times per day. They have 1 restaurant and 1 club. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. The club is open for lunch, dinner and night party. But the club only has the starter and side dish menu, no main course. But you can order in-room dining to your villa. The spa and yoga class is very good also. Yoga class is free at 7 am. In summary this place is wonderful with an acceptable price.

The environment is nice and the swimming pool in the jungle is beautiful. But the service is good and bad. First of all, we booked it for a friend's birthday. There were three of us. The room type we liked to hold a party was said to only allow two people to stay. We planned to check in with two people, and one of us would go out to play and then look at changing hotels. However, the front desk did not allow our other friend to go in. If we went in, we had to add 20W (about 800-900) to short stay. And the front desk manager, a man named Yoga, told us about this. His attitude made us feel very unfriendly. After we made it clear that he looked fierce, he showed a sign saying that it was okay, I just called this name and you can complain...😑😑😑I don't know why this restriction is unreasonable. It doesn't seem flexible, or simply said that it can be used as an extra bed price. I don't know what the hotel is doing. There was some sense of ceremony for the birthday. The bed was designed with a birthday design, but the name was written wrong on the birthday card. The restaurant gave a Haidilao-style Indonesian atmosphere group and a free cake, but the taste of the dishes was average. Five or six dishes cost 1,200 RMB. However, our butler was quite nice, and other staff members were always warm and smiling, which made up for some of the points. There are still many small complaints, I am too lazy to write them, which offset the good hotel scenery. Anyway, we probably won't go there again next time we go on vacation. It was mainly because of the unfriendly feeling at the beginning that made people feel uncomfortable😑😑😑

The tent is wild and luxurious, full of wild fun, and you can hear the white noise of running water, raindrops, and birds singing. Take a shower in the open air. Take a Jacuzzi on the terrace, which is very comfortable. The service is also very enthusiastic.

If you have to find something wrong, here are the following: There may be room for improvement: 1. The room supplies, especially towels, could be replaced by an outsourced washing company. It doesn't look very clean, at least not in line with the hotel's positioning. 2. The spa, the rose petal bath is really amazing, the snacks and drinks are also good, but other aspects such as the techniques need to be improved, and there may be some communication problems. 3. Breakfast, the a la carte style is good, but the menu is more Western-style and has local characteristics. It’s not obvious. There’s nothing to order except steak for dinner. After two days, I got a little tired of it. Of course, the shortcomings are not to be outweighed. These shortcomings are still acceptable for the overall performance of the hotel. Finally, I would like to make some suggestions, since it is aimed at family vacations. For a villa hotel, it is recommended that the minibar drinks in the refrigerator in the villa are free for the first round or included in the room price. When I entered and drank 2 bottles of sparkling water on a hot day, the bill the next day was 130,000 Indonesian rupiah, which made the guests feel that the price/performance ratio was a bit low. Of course, this may be the hotel's strategy. After all, the current room prices are still competitive. It may be a strategy to attract customers at low room prices, and then the in-store consumption will be relatively high. Finally, it is recommended that friends stay at the weekend, and the hotel pool activities become The pub and DJ are quite exciting. Guests staying at the hotel are exempted from the entrance fee of 300,000 dong~

I stayed here for four days with my children. It was very quiet, warm and suitable for the whole family. It’s better than the five-star brand hotel I stayed at on the beach this time! During the day, you can swim in your own swimming pool and have lunch and dinner at the Room Service. There is a kitchen, microwave, and tableware, so you can buy things and cook them yourself. There are different types of rooms, all smell good and comfortable. The mosquito repellent at night was very good. The family chatted outside. The air was fragrant and the temperature was moderate. It was a rare family time. Children basically just soak in the swimming pool, swim for a while, come up for a shower, and then simply dry themselves off before reading, eating, and doing homework. After staying for a while, you can go down to the swimming pool and splash around for a while. You can even take off your clothes and swim. Breakfast is a la carte, you can order as much as you like. The taste is OK too. The price of the entire resort is very reasonable, and you can enjoy free massage. We stayed for 4 nights in a row, 4 of us, had good lunch and dinner in the room every day, booked a formal dinner at AKA, drank a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, and booked a car to see us off at the end, when we checked out , the total cost in 4 days was only more than 2,000. One thing that Chinese tourists should pay attention to is that the hotel does not have a wired phone. Whatsapp is used to communicate with the hotel in the room. If you don't have Whatsapp, you can tell the front desk when you check in, and they will prepare a Samsung tablet to lend to you. The environment is beautiful, the waiters are polite, enthusiastic and cheerful, which made us feel very warm when we checked in. The lovely waiters will patiently communicate and chat with the children. After learning that the children are not acclimatized, they will ask about their physical conditions every day, which is very considerate. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Dinners in the restaurant were a delight. My daughters enjoyed the nightly shows and a magician even came to our table to perform some magic tricks on them which made them enjoy themselves even more. The villas are beautiful and spacious and super clean. I would definitely return!

The villa is very big, with 4 rooms. The drinks are very good. The breakfast items are all delicious. The location is a little far away, quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff are very nice, and the restaurant for dinner is also good. Taking a taxi to Ubud center costs 150K.
