We arrived at this hotel at night. It is located in the center of Nusa Dua (great location near to the watersport). However, the room that they gave us was very old. They should have repainted and renovated the room. The wall was moldy, and there's a strange smell in the room. The hotel has a private beach, and the pool is not bad. For breakfast, they should provide more options.

Loved the place.The price is good for the stay

I enjoy my stay here where I slept well in a comfortable bed and spacious room as a solo traveller. The hospitality staff were able to accommodate for vegan dietary requirement and the food is delicious as well as the juices. It's a refreshing way to kickstart a holiday where you can walk to the beach for a dip and sunbathe, shoot some hoops in the swimming pool where there's a basketball ring and balls to play with or to just chill in the pool and spa for a body massage and flower bath. Room for improvement is updating the bathroom as it's looking quite old and the smell of the sewage system, internet connection is quite weak especially for Zoom calls and upon my arrival to check in late at night, the male reception staff wasn't friendly in his mannerisms and greeting, I found he was quite abrupt and unwelcoming and not attentive to being helpful. The female massage therapist doesn't seem to be happy in her interacting with customers but is good at what she does. The hospitability of the cleaning staff and some of the restaurant staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and caring.

We go in group tour with 9 rooms and everyone loves this hotel. The customer service is good with clear explanation and the view of hotel is good including pool, restaurant, and especially it’s a nice place to see sunrise ❣️

The hotel is in expensive area. Yet we get very good price for this hotel. The swimming pool is really big. Breakfast also good. Just the beach is not that besutiful. Overall i am satisfied with my stay

the hotel is conveniently located on the first line. The ocean is within walking distance. On the beach there are three pairs of sun loungers for the entire hotel. Many by the pool and on the lawn. No napkins at all. Breakfast is nothing special. There are shops, 500 meters from the hotel. The infrastructure on the street, of course, is terrible... But this is Indonesia, I still don't understand why people come here, for such kilometers. The sea is calm, no waves, clean. Seaweed. There is almost no garbage as such. I liked the rooms (good air conditioners, quite large, good repair)

The hotel has a nice swimming pool, lots of recreation areas, and the sea is a 2-minute walk away. The rooms have large, comfortable beds, everything you need, and the internet works well throughout the entire property. Breakfast is included in the price (buffet). The best value for money. There is a 3-star hotel nearby that is a bit cheaper, and 5-star hotels that are 5-6 times more expensive. Jet ski rentals and many other rentals are 5 minutes away.

The hotel is small and beautiful by the beach. The swimming pool is big, but the beach is a bit dirty and you can't swim. But almost all beaches in Bali are not suitable for swimming. The hotel I stayed in Kuta before was the same. In short, the room is more than 440, and the price-performance ratio is really good. The same location in Yalong Bay, Sanya, costs at least thousands. But to be honest, I still prefer Sanya. The beach in Yalong Bay is cleaner, you can swim, and you can catch hermit crabs.
