Beautiful hotel and the upgrade is magical the staff are wonderful and the buffet breakfast is just amazing

This is the best family resort i must say!! We love this place.The staffs are the best daily greetungs smile extra help without asking .Best view and food.Staffs so polite and prompt assistance.Best hotel in Bali.We just miss this hotel.Beautiful decor photographer as well .Highly recommended!

I stayed with family and had kids suite. Room was ready when we went to the hotel. Unfortunately, room had some burn marks on the floor and some other marks in the kids room. Bunk bed was nice and clean and right size. Moment we entered into the main bathroom, there were some bugs in the wash basin. Apart from that room was clean a d big enough. Another challenge was that wash basin in kids bathroom was too low for my 10 yrs old and he couldn't use it. So, if you have a tall kid, may have similar problem. Breakfast buffet was good, variety of food. But somehow the ambience wasn't great in the main building beakfast aread. Plenty of activities of kids, play area, water park, scheduled activities including form dance, movies, sushi making etc are add on. Overall, stay was ok. But i won't consider it as 5 start hotel. May be 4 star hotel category.

Very recommended for families with kids

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, there were lots of facilities for the whole family. There were a couple of down sides however, the location was not great if you wanted to head out of the resort as post COVID there isn't much open in Nusa Dua and also we were all-inclusive but the drinks weren't great quality and the food options were limited.
