Best hotel in the area in my opinion, location and service are top. I wish to thank loudly Mr.Adhi for the kindness and attention to attend me during my dinners at the SugarSand restaurant ocean front. Best Tacos and Rolls of my life. Ciao and see you hopefully soon again!

Very happy for stay here. Staff are very friendly. Got tiny issue for the first room. But after talking to the manager, we swooped to a new and much cleaner room. They offered a bottle of Champagne as well. However, the second room have issues with hair dryer, body lotion and body scale, but we notify front desk and got them changed. Overall, very recommend the hotel.

room is spacious. staff are always friendly and helpful. what i love most is the dressing table with good lighting and mirrors, such a use-friendly features for the ladies. breakfast is delicious and has lots of choices. located in the centre and seminyak with lots of shops and restuarant around.

Scored an upgrade to Premium Sagar Suite. They recognised IHG membership though booking was through OTA. Given 20% dining discount. Room was beyond expectations. Service was impeccable and personalised. They sent us local treats daily. On the night before checkout, they gave us an Indigo tote bag. Buffet breakfast at Makase or ala carte breakfast at Sugarsand (with sea views!)

Excellent hotel, very clean and top notch service. Close to the beach and accessible. Definitely would be the choice whenever back in Bali.

Excellent stay at hotel indigo semiyak. Security is tight where they screen each car before entering the hotel compound. There are few pools to choose from, so the pools are not overly crowded. The room is huge with a separate dressing room. Direct access to beach and lots of eateries along the beach. Do visit them during night time as it gets lively. Huge selection of food for breakfast buffet although food is abit on the salty side. There is even a pillow menu for selection. Will definitely be back again.

Excellent stay. Booked it for one night as I like to try different hotels when traveling. I will be back for sure. Truly a 5 star hotel.

Hands down I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s not just the service, the grounds, the environment. There is something about it that is remarkable. My friends who came to visit were just as in awe as I was! Would definitely stay again

Nice stay at Indigo. The interior design is very Balinese style. Room is quite big and well furnished. We attended few yoga lessons provided by the hotel and it is really relaxing. Hotel workers were very friendly. Location wise, very close to nearby good restaurants.

I reserved the suite, and it's incredibly spacious! The room's design impressed me, and the service was top-notch. Although the hotel is right by the beach, reaching the main shopping/walking street requires a bit of a walk. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of international choices. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no regrets choosing this hotel for our Bali vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Indigo, and I must say, it was a great experience. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, with restaurants in and around the resort, making it easy to explore and dine out. Furthermore, the staff was very accommodating. As we didn't have a bathtub in our room, the staff provided us with a baby bath, which was very helpful. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the daily buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of the breakfast impressed us, and we missed it when we stayed at another prestigious hotel after our stay at the Indigo. The breakfast also had optional ala carte items that we could add to our meal, free of charge. The waitresses were very attentive and brought everything to our table that we requested off the menu. I definitely recommend their Sava Spa! The massage I received was easily the best I've ever, and I left the spa feeling calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Overall, the service was very friendly and accommodating, and I would gladly stay at the Hotel Indigo again.
