Very comfortable and clean, staff were accommodating and location is very convenient. Only one night so didn't have an opportunity to check out the swimming pool.

Reception staff were lovely, wifi great, amenities and hotel itself are a little dated but overall was fine for an overnight stay. Great location - so close to the airport so was perfect coming from my late night arrival into Bali.

The room was very dark. There’s a window, but if you open, you will see the wall. It’s very noisy inside the room. It seems like something big works next to my window. While you were taking a shower, it will full of water in the whole bathroom. But the breakfast was really good with the big choice

It was a mixed experience, neither good nor bad. I booked a lake view room through Trip.com, only to find out that the hotel didn't have any lake view rooms. Despite my request for a room with a good view, given that I had paid extra, I ended up with a room that had no view and didn't even let in sunlight. Additionally, the receptionist was unfriendly and uncooperative.

Hotel close to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed only a couple of hours waiting for my next flight.

The place is near to the airport. The staffs were all so nice, they would always put a smile on their face despite being tired. The service was also nice, which I requested for an iron and they helped sent that until into the room.

We chosen this hotel because it is close to the airport. The lobby and reception area is grand, with nice scent. Receptionists are friendly. Room wise, a bit dark. We stayed one of the small room, the air conditioning was not cold. Not a quick place to stay. By 930pm onward, we could hear music from the nearby bar / restaurant. Overall, this is ok for a transit stay.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The initially booked room was smaller than advertised in the pictures, but the reception kindly upgraded me to a larger room. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from the airport. There are plenty of eateries and a large supermarket nearby. It was comfortable stay.

The service is great. Although their breakfast can do with a bit of adjusting. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel as well as their rooftop swimming pool

Ideal if you plan a short visit or are after another flight next day. Location is very close to the airport probably like 5mins by car.
Hotel staff speaks perfect English and there's a cafe and restaurant down at the lobby.
Also, on-site massage is available until 10PM on 5th floor.
Recommended if you want to live close by airport.
