Relatively new hotel. Though location is not near to beach or amenities, but the new facilities and staff services can make up for this. Getting around is easy using Ride App like Grab/Gojek. Overall enjoy my stay there

I recently enjoyed a fantastic 7-day, 6-night stay at Fairfield by Marriott Bali Legian. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was delicious and offered a wide selection to suit everyone's taste. The vibrant and impeccably clean room, along with the hotel's eco-friendly and sustainable practices, made for a truly pleasant stay. Its proximity to Seminyak and other tourist destinations allowed for peaceful and quiet nights, which I particularly appreciated. Staying there was definitely a wise choice, and I'll certainly opt for Fairfield by Marriott Bali Legian on my next trip to Bali.

Great stay at Fairfield Legian, reception was kind to offer upgrade for pool access for small fee, which we paid happily. Everything else were great, breakfast could be better, but it was still ok and location is a bit out of city, but not too faraway, overall can recommend Fairfield Legian

We stay here frequently, love the place for our stays in Legian, Great Pool Bar, Rooms are perfect, beautiful pillows, bedding etc Can’t find many things to complain about, staff do a great job

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was clean, room smelled fresh after they cleaned. They also have daily activities for the guests. We had an opportunity to join the cupcake making class with Chef Yulius. The complete experience was great. Would definitely go back

Good place, but the location is not the city centre. However ,the cleanliness and the furniture is very good.

Traveled to Legian to catchup with friends in the area and chose to stay at the Marriot as we have used the chain (other locations) on previous trips and this location was closer to our friends' accommodation. Check in is set for 1500pm so we arrived at 1600 avoid the rush. However whilst there was no queue at the desk we didn't receive clearance to go into the room for another 20min. Sat around in the lobby with no offer of water or anything just a stupid look from a not so organized administrator. Finally received the keys and further apologies which amounted to little after waiting around and then had to wait for a further 15 minutes for bags to supposedly get delivered to the room. Given that we had reservations for dinner at 1700 we went back to the lobby to get our own bags still sitting in the porter trolley. The following morning we ventured to the kitchen to grab a takeaway coffee as we had to head into Sanur to be met with yet another ill-educated staff member who stated coffees outside of breakfast service had to be paid for. That is standard practice but even after agreeing this ***** couldn't process that we did not want 'breakfast' just takeaway coffees of which we would pay for. He then rabbled on about how they would cost more when clearly we wanted to buy the coffee...long of the short we told him to forget it and went out for coffee. All in all this place may think its 4 star but it is more of a high 3 star due to location and general facilites. Staff are more suited for a motel and require further training. The room was ok but the mold in silicone, no outdoor chairs for a pool room, and towels were what you will in a backpacker lost and found box. The Marriot management group would definitely be embarrassed unless the corp. strategy is to fool them once. Quite frankly save you money if you expect to pay 4 star but stay in 3 star and stay elsewhere.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in total. Each time had an amazing experience. One thing to improve would be to place bathrobes and q tips in the rooms. Having to call down to the reception everyday for these essential things was a bit frustrating. Thank you for the amazing stay 🙏🏽

Friendly staff, especially security who arranges cars considering there is no adequate parking and clean rooms,

Location not really convenient.but the price can accepted.the manager from f&b really fantastic but I forgot the lady name.Her service really good.
