Welcoming service, great food, best massage ever, and room is better than at the photos

Except for no bathtub, everything else is good.

The room was very comfortable and the service was very good. I was very satisfied! The service staff were very enthusiastic and everyone was very welcoming. I look forward to staying here again in the future. An unforgettable trip

As a very well travelled person, I must say this has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel, which has only 13 rooms, has so much charm and character, the pictures don’t do justice to the place, it has so much character, ever little detail has been thought of. The service is on a whole other level. It all started from when I booked, I got a what’s app message asking whether I needed transportation from the airport which I needed. At arrival, they all greeted me warmly and knew my name. I arrived early at 10:30 AM, although they didn’t promise early check in, to my surprise, my room was ready. The buggy service is amazing and so convenient. They would pick me up at anytime of the day although they’re official working hours is from 10:00AM-6:00PM, within a certain radius of the hotel. I wanted to rent a helmet to get on Gojek they so kindly offered me one to borrow. Last but not least, I was checking out at 6:00 am and they so thoughtfully prepared for me a bag with my breakfast to go without me even asking. Their food is also amazing. I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to swim or use the spa but I am sure it would have definitely exceeded my expectation. Overall, if you stumbled upon this hotel for your stay in Canggu, look no further, you must stay here.

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve been too, we stayed for 5 nights at the Gabrielle room. The moment you step into the hotel you get stunned of all the details and work they have put on the place . The location was a hit because all the aesthetic cafes and 5 stars restaurants and gyms are in the same area you only have to walk or buggy it that is totally free for all the guests staying in . We were so lucky to meet the amazing Laura who deigned the hotel she was so friendly and sweet and explained the story behind this alluring beauty. The privacy in the room is 100%. The service was amazing the staff were smiling all the time they were so Friendly made us feel like home. The room was always clean even if we only go for coffee and come back we would come to see the bed was made and the room was clean and the bed curtains was down all the small details that makes a whole difference. The food and the breakfast in the hotel was so good we didn’t skip one breakfast our whole stay. The secret spa and the therapist was amazing and the cherry on top was that the beach is only 5 mins away from the hotel and it’s a stunning beach with black sand. If you are staying at the La reserve make sure you try there pastries & croissants it will make you feel in Paris especially the pain au chocolat. We stayed for our honeymoon - such an amazing experience. The staff are very warm, welcoming and accomodating - they will get you literally anything you need. The rooms are very comfortable and had a luxurious feel. The food is amazing and the spa is fantastic too. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to stay in Canggu! There are loads of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Also 10 min walk from the beach. If you’re not keen to walk they also have a ‘shuttle’ that can take you to any nearby restaurant or the beach very quickly!

It's a magical place.. a true oasis in the middle of pererenan area , you can go anywhere nearby with the buggy service.. we liked everything from the perfect service , clean and well designed room to the delicious all day breakfast.. 3 magnificent night spent here ❤️

The elegance of structure , quality , wonderful staff, perfect services, feel as to be at home for all attentions you can desire with a kindness and a great smile on face of persons that are in , every day sincerely….has been a soul experience …I’m full of gratitude for these days 🙏🏻♥️

What a magnificent hotel! Not just aesthetically beautiful, but the staff make this place absolutely magical. Thank you all for looking after us so well…I cannot wait to return. Am missing the stunning grounds, beautiful chandeliers, cool music, canopy bed, deeeelicious breakfast and dinner, and beautiful smiles of everyone there. The buggy rides were an unexpected, genius cherry on top. Too many special touches by the staff to mention - but I will note I was feeling unwell one evening (headache) and they noticed, offered medical assistance and sent up a ginger tea within minutes of me arriving to my room. Made me feel really cared for - something you wouldn’t get at a large resort (or many places in fact).

La Reserve caught us by surprise … an oasis of well thought through and brilliantly executed design, architecture and amazing service . The 25m pool next to the restaurant was a wonderful surprise, as was all the food. We had a lovely plunge pool and refreshing indoor/outdoor shower. The golf buggy for short trips was very well received. Most of all though the staff stand out as world class, from the garden to the front desk, restaurant and room service team, they’re were all genuinely lovely . La Reserve was a wonderful five star experience. Highly recommended .

One of the coziest and beautiful hotels i’ve stayed in. All the staff were kind and helpful. I loved the room, service and the location. There is a shuttle to go around the village upon your request. Definitely i would recommend the hotel and i will visit again. Thank you so much.
