Everything from check in to check out was nothing but amazing. Hotel grounds are well maintained, all the staff were polite, attentive and discreet. Our assigned butler, Dewa, made sure all our activities were arranged and even helped arrange a surprise birthday cake in the villa. Villas are well designed for privacy and the hotel grounds are vast enough that it never seemed crowded. It’s a splurge but it’s well worth the experience. Will definitely be back.

This is our second time visit to the resort which has been very well kept. They’ve introduced two new initiatives this time. 1)appointment of a butler to take care of his/her respective hotel guests. As such, i only need to deal with one contact point for all my requests which provides me with the greatest convenience. My butler Rose has been extremely helpful to hv fetched me a table at the hard book Italian restaurant and book massage despite it was a last minute request. Her meticulous arrangements have made my stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one. 2) breakfast is served around the clock one time every day. Guests can now order breakfast from the menu as they wish. They’re very generous. You could simply order as much as you want, with different portion and free combination. I truly feel that this is more eco friendly than the traditional buffet style. And they do deliver the food at the highest quality by freshly making them. All staff are well trained, courteous and passionate. I do feel that they enjoy the work, and that’s how they strive to make every guest to hv a wonderful stay at the hotel. We had a best ever family trip here at Bulgari resort and we’ve planned to come back once again!

The hotel has the best view in Bali and we really enjoy our time staying there. especially the Max from the restaurant is super helpful.

The experience was great. The hotel is located next to a beautiful beach, with a quiet and elegant environment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, and the service staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The food provided by the hotel restaurant is very delicious, especially the seafood dinner is unforgettable. The swimming pool and spa facilities are also very good, which is a great choice for relaxation. Highly recommended to all friends who come to Bali for tourism!

The view of Bulgari is really beautiful, and the catering is OK, but the breakfast looks like there are many kinds, and the taste is really average. Especially the Chinese breakfast, the scallion pancake is as hard as a discus, and all the dim sum are pre-made dishes. The problem is that the chef can't master the cooking temperature, which is really not good. The dinner in the Italian restaurant is still very good and worth trying. Take a look! The hardware facilities of the hotel are considered to be passable, and the advantage is the invincible view, but the towels and sheets are too old, so old that they can be described as black. The hair of the towels has been worn out, and the feel is hard to death. The main thing is that it looks too dirty, and I don't even use it to wipe my hands. The sheets are also black, and you can tell at a glance that they have been used for several years. The white cushions on the seat next to the swimming pool are all black. The cleaning staff don't clean the dust on them at all, and more than one seat has black white cushions on it. All the seats are sticky, and the waiter is very perfunctory when cleaning. This hotel is really not suitable for eating and enjoying the scenery. It is really uncomfortable to live in. It is not worthy of the Bulgari brand. The bedding and towels feel like those in a county hotel. You can experience it yourself! I strongly recommend it! You can look at the pictures of the towels, there is no softness at all!

A hotel that is super friendly to Chinese people ✅🏨 The Bulgari facilities still retain the decoration style around 2013, which is very niche and not outdated Facilities: There is no Chinese food in the restaurant, but there is Chinese food for breakfast, which is open 24 hours and can also be delivered to the room Hygiene: Cleaning twice a day will deliver some snacks and desserts Service: Butler-style service is super considerate👀!

The room is 300 square meters, the mini bar is very rich with many drinks, the cable car from the room to the beach has a very good view, after arriving, I found that everything is worth the money.
