Staff were great and friendly. The aircon have a very bad mouldy smells, it terrible and disgusting the first night. Breakfast international were great 👍.

The breakfast buffet had very limited choices, and what they did have was very bland. The staff were quite friendly, although I had to bring my own luggage when I checked out because I could not be connected with Reception. Room was cleaned thoroughly, and they were sweet enough to upgrade my room. Although, it is important to note that it can get very noisy (yelling and banging) at times (even at 11 pm!) which was quite disappointing since I was looking to relax in the resort… During my stay there was also a group of gamers (?) which often times didn’t follow social distancing/mask protocols which quite bothered me. Overall, it was worth the price when taking into consideration the very beautiful & empty (at most times!) beach which was what I was looking for 💙 Also, note that there arent that much food options nearby considering the nearby mall is closed and as a solo (carless) traveller the food options are limited overall to hotel/resort food which may get quite boring at times 😅

Nice hotel

Novotel is Novotel even in Africa! The signature style and comfort inherent in the hotels of this chain allows you to get excellent service in any country. We have stayed at this hotel many times. Always a win-win option in terms of price-quality ratio. There is a transfer to the beach, to Bali Collection too. There are a lot of different bars, cafes, mini-marts, laundries near the hotel. Breakfasts at the hotel are very varied and are held in a picturesque restaurant. The hotel spa is not bad at all. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything in the rooms is as stated. I recommend it.

The service is average, there are not many breakfast options, the facilities are relatively old, and the kitchen equipment is simple. The swimming pool is quite crowded and there are not enough beach chairs. Room hygiene is average

An old five-star resort with a solid foundation, but also old. The price/performance ratio is OK. However, the Ayuda next door is more cost-effective. The room lights are too dim, there are few sockets, and the hair dryer is slow, which is the main disadvantage. The breakfast is not bad, the swimming pool is shaded by trees, and there is a convenience store and laundry room at the back door, which is a plus. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, and you can walk through the hotel next door. There are free bicycles and shuttle buses to the beach and shopping center. The shopping center is also a 10-minute walk away.

There are 2 bathrooms, one of which has no hot water. The breakfast quality is not worth the price at all.

The hotel is very good. The only thing is that the rooms and furniture are outdated.

The bedroom is smaller than the bathroom...tsk there are sandals in the room

The Nusa Dua area is lined with luxury hotels. There is no beach in the hotel, but the shuttle will take you to the private beach.

The environment is very good ~ the service is very good
