There were too many mosquitoes, so I couldn't sleep, and the sound of birds was so loud and close that I was scared at times. And the air conditioner wasn't cool so it was a bit hot.
The private pool was quite wide and deep, but it was a little disappointing that the flowers and grass were not maintained.
A pool villa with a very private feeling!!
The staff's service room atmosphere was so good!!!!

We have stayed at The Pavilions many times over years and have just returned after two weeks of luxury. The villas are beautiful and the resort is gorgeous. Simona and the staff provide service that exceeds a five star rating, we have already booked for next year.

The pool area is such a delightful place to relax and enjoy the sun. We loved how the Pavillions is situated on a busy road, right across for the new Icon mall, which you go through to get to the beach (5mins walk) but the accomodation is an oasis of calm as soon as you enter the driveway. It's calm, clean and a really good choice away from the big faceless hotels. We loved it

Just had 6 nights at this lovely hotel. Positioned right in the centre of Sanur it is set back down a pretty driveway and is very quiet. We had a villa with a pool and found it very hard to drag ourselves away from relaxing and ordering very good food. Breakfast was served each morning in our villa, ordered via an app and was very good. Had two massages and they were fabulous. All the staff were absolutely wonderful with special thanks to Yoga and Fredi, who the hotel should be very proud of. A really lovely Bali experience we will never forget.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa which was perfect for our family. For the price though the rooms could use an update. They were clean and comfortable but very worn. We had a beautiful breakfast in the villa every morning which was lovely. We enjoyed having a pool so when our little one slept our older one could still swim and we could all be outside. The staff were very friendly, from the airport all the rway until we left on the 5th day they were great. Spa was lovely also.

ok now the second visit to this villa in two months. The first stay was incredible but this time we saw and felt that the high rating we gave on the first visit had slipped ever so slightly. Mis- communication from written bonus and also we had to call to have the room serviced. This did take a slight shine off the visit. All in all , yes we did enjoy our stay and would return again. I did give 5 stars as a rating but i thought four and a half is closer to the mark
