Facilities and staff brilliant  rooms themselves need a bit of TLC

I love this place . Breakfast room has cliff view. It has day club right inside the hotel and it’s near by beach club. I def would go back!

Super close to the beach and was quite clean! Staff was also great.

Very badly maintenance for room , cupboard are black like coffin alike and toilet are worst than most public looking toilet . Towels are dirty . Rooms are spooky too , wall paintings are errie . Bed bugs infested too.The only selling point is the pool area and view . I move out the next day and did not sleep at all waiting for day break to shuttle to another hotel location . Payment is non refundable however front desk has offered to amend the dates to future check in . Unlikely to return back.

Nestled on the edge of the Indian Ocean, Blue Point Bay Villas and Spa is like a dream. Those infinity pools you see in pictures is exactly what this hotel is. Those views of breakfast that absolutely stun you is exactly what you see while you eat your tropical breakfast. Stop reading this review and book the hotel now—it's worth the view and stay.

The Good Friendly staff. Good location. Large room. Tasty breakfast omelette. Connected to Single Fin which is a great restaurant. Easy access to a beach which is good for exploring tidal pools. Needs Improvement Water wasn’t hot enough for a shower. Room smelled like industrial cleaner. General lack of upkeep to the property.

Good location if you plan to spend your time at Single Fin. However Resort is very run down and needs an upgrade. Toilet didn’t flush properly, shower head could not be adjusted and sprayed everywhere in the bathroom, aircon leaked and PowerPoints were faulty.

The hotel is in an amazing location and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The pool area and breakfast area are amazing and have superb views. The hotel accomodation part does require some TLC but honestly for the money you cannot complain. It is clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be definitely staying here again.

The service from staff is excellent and very accommodating The food is great the included breakfast very good and setting overlooking the Ulawatu surf amazing. The grounds need money spent on maintenance the grass is long and gardens full of weeds The pool was green when we arrived the next day the pool man was trying to fix it by the 3rd day it was blue but not clear A shame as it is a beautiful pool overlooking the surf break The buildings are in need of update The restaurant was still closed same as The Spa We spent 6 nights our room was Junior Suite with ocean view on the last day we upgraded to Luxury Suite which was outstanding inside I would reccommend booking this room Overall we had a pleasant stay I would say the owners need to spend some money on the place to get it back to scratch

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The price is not expensive and the cost performance is high. It is right on the beach of Blue Point. There is an infinity pool and restaurant by the sea. The atmosphere is super good. The room is also large and the breakfast is also very rich. Here you can see many surfing gods surfing at Blue Point below

The room is spacious. It is very enjoyable to have breakfast while watching the sea. The front desk service is very good. There are two swimming pools. The infinity pool is very beautiful. I feel that it is not enough to stay for a few days. I will stay longer next time.

The room facilities are not very good. The bed creaks. The towels are dirty and the pillows are smelly. There are many caterpillars at the door and mosquitoes in the room. And the hotel's large swimming pool by the sea is still under renovation. The renovation period is from March to June. There is only a small swimming pool for swimming. The hotel's official website shows it, but Ctrip did not point it out, which is very unsatisfactory. The advantage is that the hotel is next to the passage to Uluwatu Beach, and you don't have to pay for the beach ticket, and you get a 15-minute free spa. The hotel's breakfast environment is good
