The interior of the hotel room is old and the front desk service is good. The Salsa Verde restaurant has mediocre taste and terrible service. The waiters don't care about customers and don't know how to accommodate table reservations. There are many empty tables at 6 o'clock, but they don't let in customers in order to reserve tables at 7:30. Breakfast is not like ordinary star hotels, with less choices and poor taste. The waiter was very polite. There are definitely more and better options in this price range.

The resort is located at very convenient location nearby Bali Collection. The hotel also has a good ocean view. Also, the resort has lots variety of restaurants and facilities.
However, hotel service and cleanliness need to further improve. Disappointed with their service. Most of the facilities in the hotel also incurred additional charges. There are reviews that can play Pickleball at the Tennis court, but when we checked with the hotel. We are told it’s not allowed.
