If you are afraid of noise, you can ask for a quiet room, because this hotel will play rock music from dusk to midnight, the kind of strength that can vibrate the building, but it is not harsh. Very helpful and nice staffs, very good service!! The room is very clean and tidy, and they got a very comfortable bed!
We receive a free welcome drink and free photo shooting as well! The swimming pool with slides are very fun too!
Very memorable stay! Will definitely stay at Hard Rock Hotel next time:)

就在庫塔海灘邊，酒店大堂是個BAR，晚上很多人。入住時要求了安靜的房間，晚上一點也不吵。酒店游泳池和玩水的特別多，小朋友能玩一天。酒店大門會安檢車輛，整體感覺比較安全。房間有兩張1.5米大床，帶娃的家庭很友好。房間應該是翻新過，整體都不錯。

Very nice hotel well located near the sea. Superb pool with lots of games and activities, the evenings were very nice thanks to the shows and concerts. Copious breakfast with very good coffee. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the room and the carpet that didn't seem to be clean just vacuumed. Otherwise, everything is great 🤩

The price I booked for a twin room was over 1,200. This price was not worth it considering all aspects of the hotel and it did not meet the 5-star standard. Another one is that you can't arrive early. When you arrive, you have to find a place to wait. You have to wait until 3 o'clock to check in. The room was extremely small, and the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors had a very strong musty smell that even the hotel's perfume couldn't cover it up. Finally, after communicating with the front desk for a long time, they were moved to the 4th floor. The service of the front desk guy is average. The only thing worthy of praise is that the security guard at the door and the service guy who helps with luggage are very warm and polite.
