The hotel is a street-facing building with a small yard. The rooftop villa is large and close to the beach, within walking distance. The room decoration is very old. After checking in, I found that the sheets and quilt covers are very old and stained. The breakfast is also very simple and the TV cannot be watched. It is a big loss to stay in such a hotel at this price. It is the worst hotel experience in this trip to Bali

We stayed at one of the royal villas and had an amazing experience! The villa was spacious and beautiful, and had a shared pool with the other villas. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff was so kind. Thank you to Sika for your excellent service and hospitality!

When first arrived the hotel there was no one attend to us, we waited about 10mins and someone finally came. The hotel is very old, the lift is old and slow, can consider an upgrade on this. Swimming pool only the one at level 3 is well maintained. There was a cockroach in the room 🫠. The staffs were really friendly. Breakfast spread does not have much varieties, so it’s more or less the same everyday. There’s free buggy ride from hotel to nearby beach and seafood place.

5. It is not recommended to stay in a family room, it is better to choose 2 double rooms. The family room has poor lighting and is not as bright as the double room
