Included airport transport, breakfast many food, every day have change some food, swimming pool is big, can play basketball, children pool, adult pool until night can play, gym room, outside street have good point for travel

Amazing Hotel!!! The staff goes above and beyond; Ruth was especially a stand out with knowing my name over the 4 days I stayed there. The breakfast is A+ with so many fresh options. They take pride in keeping the hotel clean & have many restaurants close by with some hotel discount options. I loved the well-organized spa. It’s close to the airport. I’ve already re-booked 2 more visits. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s also very easy & secure to change money at the front desk.

A bit noisy for the hotel outside, and you can hear it from the room when sleeping. The road outside always has traffic jam.

The experience at Kuta Patadiso hotel was great. There were many amenities to choose from and an assortment of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was vast and hotel location was very central.

Really disappointed we stayed Xmas 2023 the bar staff were fantastic since most now replaced with trainees my friend ordered a banana smoothie and got 2 she assumed it was a 2 for 1 like my daiquiri my first one was great as usual the second was nearly white and bit of ice floating on the liquid didn’t taste like 1 I left it told the older lady doing bill and she apologised for her staff making mistakes billing us ..the service was very poor compared to our previous stay everything fell on deaf ears our stay was for some needed respite for 10 days as hotel was fully booked out and mainly locals very dirty hot thankfully we only got last minute availability.. 13th-16th November 2024 was we had room with a balcony 5th floor rear left of the property I requested 2 single beds smelly dirty lumpy hard like the brick pillows if you want bedding changed daily now you need to leave a card on the bed for housekeeping the bedding , towels looked clean at first but we smelt like mould after our shower the spare blanket was heavily stained asked to have it replaced with clean fresh I think it was another out of the laundry another same stained 1 we constantly felt crawling even though the plane sprays we returned home leaving our luggage outside and fumigated my friend was in bed and pulled a flee like thing off her ear which left a small hole and when she squished between her nails it popped blood they were wandering around with sprayers daily in the hallway which smelt like urine and morteen the lifts stunk the seating restaurants lobby room day beds on entire property were absolutely filthy we sprayed our room daily hoping for a rest without crawling but would return and same again I got 1 clean crisp king sheet and covered myself from crap from vents dysfunctional aircon was worst warm after 10 minutes old as the hills loud and no maintenance when you have a shower don’t look up the vents clogged the breakfast went from a 4* to a 2* and I’m being nice cold food unless you get eggs cooked at station fruit sparing yogurt bowl was put out warm no nice parfait glasses with chopped fresh fruit and yogurt like before just the basic protein serve of insects on the sandwiches stood out on the white bread located on the top of the stale cakes room service on two occasions was great service was one of the old staff We were booking for Xmas New Year but fully booked thank goodness unfortunately my husband has 2 friends from Perth booked 22dec-6jan I will be contacting them directly and hopefully they can cancel 2days was bad enough it’s totally unacceptable locals may not mind this type of accommodation being used to heat bugs not us really sad it’s gone downhill

Very convenient location. Does not connect to beach, but is very easily accessed from entrance (to the left) Rooms and building are dated and in desperate need of repair, but perfectly acceptable. 5 star as far as service and breakfast buffet. Realistically 3 star, for amenities and condition. Air conditioning in room was excellent.

Staff are very friendly and tentative, great customer service. Nice comfy bed and the buffet breakfast is just your normal run of the mill, it was fine but nothing outstanding, ordered room service and the food from the restaurant was quite good also. I just found the room and the outsides of the building to be a bit thread bare, a little worn. The fridge in the room worked really well but it was sorted of just plonked in the middle of the floor between the lounge and dining areas, air con kept the rooms cool but was noisy in the living area (maybe just a bearing in the motor). I did enjoy my stay, just a bit pricey for what it is and I would stay again but I would be looking for a better deal than the last one I got, paid over 1k for the week for one person.

Really nice and cozy hotel. It has a decent gym and swimming pool. It offers complimentary airport shuttle service ,which is really nice and also one free massage ,which is really professional, unlike a lot of local massages🤣. You also get one free voucher for either food or beverages that we used for delicious drinks and 15% discount for the food within the hotel. The staff really friendly and polite. I have seen some reviews stating the hotel is worn and I also noticed some but mostly outside ,paint were coming off but assume it was due to salty air. But inside well maintained. Breakfast buffet was really great and delicious with a various option for everyone. Overall, this hotel is a nice affordable place with great staff and food. And now my message to people who complained about the hotel is not a 5star...Stop being delusional ,you want a five star palace? Go to Savoy and pay 300£ a night and you will get all you desire instead of paying 35 and complaining. Really nice hotel,which I recommend Regards, Damian

The location of the hotel was excellent! Walking distance to Kuta Market and the rest of the shopping areas. Beside that, there's a convenience store nearby too. Dining wise, there is no need to worry, as there are whole streets for you to choose from. Seafood, Western, Chinese, or their local. Hotel-wise, it's a little bit old. The balcony (city view) actually only allows us to see the roof of the hotel or the building next to it. There will be someone or some workers who will go up and do some cleaning, so it’s advisable to close the curtains whenever you’re not in the room. Apart from that, the balcony is a bit dirty, and we never open or use the balcony at all. Slightly wasted. The fridge inside the room is not really cold. Put to the max, but still the same. Toilet drainage is not fast enough and has caused water to flood. The lobby area, especially near the reception, is slightly warm, and you can get sweaty. This also applies to the breakfast areas. Varieties are not many. Most of the day, the same dishes were provided. .

The worst hotel I ever stay in Bali. The swimming pool is to bad. I will recommend if anyone going there for enjoy in the swimming pool the. This hotel is not for you. 1* breakfast. Staffs are to rude at the reception. Over all I will give 1*. We will never never go back. We wast our money.

Convenient location and easy access from the airport. Old hotel facilities and buildings. An acceptable hotel if you don't have high expectations. This hotel is not on the beach but it's possible to walk 6-7min to KUTA beach.
